Location, cleanliness, nice bathroom, kitchen stuff available, polite hosts
The size room was very small, just for one but it was furnished for two. There was no place for the suitcases.

The Landlady and her dog were really friendly. The place is located in the Old Part of the Town which was really nice.
There was a vegetable seller situated right at the window of our room, who sold long into the night ~01:00 with music and a light placed at our window - therefore music, light and conversations instead of sleeping.
