Чисто, приятна градина, любезни домакини. Приятно е да видиш хора, които полагат усилия и грижи.

Очаквах място на приземния етаж. Поне такава опция бях избрала при резервация, но получихме квартира на втория етаж. Хубаво би било да се добавят чаши за вино.

Стаята имаше всичко нужно, перфектна локация, чисто и спретнато място с много хубав двор. Съвсем близо до централната част, магазини, ресторанти, храни, също така на пешеходно разстояние от няколко различни плажа. Приветливи и усмихнато домакини. Препоръчвам с две ръце!

It was a lovely and cosy stay in this guest house, very accessible , near shops and restaurants, few mins walk to the beach. We extend one more night of our stay, total of 4 nights.

Just one thing is the bed, its not that comfortable, could be better if added a mattress.

The guest house is located in the heart of the Lozenets village. It’s like 4 minutes walking from the main bus station, 2 mins from the Main Street (with plenty of shops, a big supermarket, bars, restaurants and the center square of the village) and 3-5 minutes from the central beach. The room was big enough, there was everything we needed, all the facilities were working. It was very clean and the host was really nice. There is a shady garden area in front of the house, where you can drink you coffee, read a book or just relax. We have paid 22 BGN per person per night for a 4-night stay in the mid of August and we are very happy with the whole experience, so great value for money! When we visit Lozenets again, we will definitely stay at Kolevi Guesthouse.
