Guest House Plavas

The place is lovely, we were at the highest room with a terrace with a sea view which i liked the most, the room was nice and decorated, it had a flat screen tv, an AC and cubboards with books, very lovely and cozy overall! The hosts were very kind and welcoming, cleaned regularly and made us feel very welcome! I reccomend this place!

There was bad odor coming from the canal in the bathroom, but if covered it didnt bother us.

Everything. We really like the view from the balcony, the sunset was really beautiful.

We liked a lot the fantastic view from the 4th floor and the nice balcony where to relax and enjoy the sea view . In adition, we had free parking for the car just in front of the entrance of the house. The bed was also very comfortable

unfortunatelly the house has no elevator, so that be ready to walk 4 floors if you want to stay in the panoramic room.

Staff was very rude upon our arrival. Since check-in is in the afternoon which is common and okay, if you arrive earlier in Sozopol you would go to the beach, what we did it. However, when we arrived at the place and rang the entrance bell, the staff opened the door, gave me reprehensible look, asking why I am without a shirt (obviously not something uncommon on sea side) and refused to let me in while staying at the door. Checked my feed, noting that there is sand and asking why I have sand on my feet... (I am on a the sea...). After few minutes discussing why I am shirtless and I have sand, the lady advised that I can go somewhere else if I dont like her attitude and "rules"... (Imagine whole day at the beach..., knowing that you have a place yet staff advises you to find a new place if you dont like it. Yes, that would be my dream to search for a new place to stay...) After 5 minutes of debating (not knowing for what and why) we were let in...
