Хазяинът беше любезен и много услужлив, особено с багажа. Имахме много топла вода и никакви проблеми в банята, а също и работещ климатик и фризерче в хладилника. Гледката на терасата, и като цяло от обекта, е невероятна. Локацията е близко до Била и околните плажове. Има и денонощни магазинчета наблизо.
Стаята ни беше на четвърти етаж и там имахме проблеми със свързването с WiFi. До локацията има изкачване, така че не е подходящо за трудноподвижни хора.
