very comfy appartment in Val Claret, at the foot of the slopes
all very good in general, great location, comfortable appartment..
oven not usable, smelled very bad like it was not properly cleaned for several uses and had some fery strong chemical smell we planned to make a big chicken for 8 people and had to divde the animal and cook it on a frying pan in three goes that took forever... some basic cooking utensils are missing

The communication with the chalet company was difficult, they didn’t always respond and when they did it was curt and badly phrased. We had a few problems which could have been sorted with easy communication but as it was it became distressing caused unnecessary anxiety.

Great accommodation and would definitely stay there again!
The property was a great size for 2 families sharing. Great lounge area. Great location, it’s next to a lift which takes you up to the upper level of val claret.
Only 1 parking space Also you only get 1 towel per person, could have done with more and some hand towels for the bathrooms.

Nice location; inside apartment was newly done; comfortable for 8 people.
Well located; inside had been renovated with a new kitchen; spacious living area. Owner fixed issues very promptly.
Building is dated (so outside the apartment); parking was very tight for a van; no heated boot rack

We had a great time
Great location - repeat stay. Liked improvements: new chairs/table, washing machine and extension leads Access codes and keys all very easy
Compared to last time it was disappointing that the apartment cost so much more and we had to make the beds with bedding, and the bath towels did not smell good. The dishwasher was left with dirty dishes in and smelled and the washing machine had dirty underwear inside. Ewhhh!! Property was great but more care is needed from cleaners at change over.
