Right in the center of Tignes le Lac, departure and arrivals 'skis on foot', right in the very large Tignes-Val d'Isere ski domain (Espace Killy with 300km of ski slopes, 88 ski lifts and 156 ski slopes) large appartment of 180 sqm with 6 bedrooms (1 of which with 2 bunk beds), 5 bathrooms, entirely refurbished in 2022 with high quality furnishing, wood and stones.
Very large and comfortable living and dining room.

Large Family Room with Home Cinema to enjoy long winter evenings with the whole family.

Ideal for 2 families with children.

- Firstly, the view from the large picture window in the lounge/diner was superb - looking across the Lake and up the Toviere mountain. - The apartment was clean and generously equipped. - The location for skiing was excellent. We chose to walk down the road to the Palafour chair, some 5 to 10 mins. There was also a drag lift just across the road; however we found it a little ‘fierce’ and only used it once - however the draglift’s slope made it a great way to ski back to the apartment.

We had the best vacation in the appartment. Cedric replied quickly to our enquiries before the trip and Asia took care of us on the actual vacation week. The appartment was well suited for at least 10-12 persons and it had all what we needed. Great variety of kitchen accessories especially raclette pan and hot stone were nice addiktion. Thank you very much Cedric and Asia:)

Location for a family ski holiday is absolutely perfect. Literally one minute from a a lift that sets you up for the day. Also as we were a fairly mixed bag age-wise, the town of Tignes had something for everyone. All in short walking distance. Loved the big kitchen/dining/sitting area where we could all comfortably gather at the end of the day.. We would go back.

Superb huge flat in excellent position, close to draglift and ski back to within a few yards of the front door, or short walk down to ski school and shops. Very good Carrefour supermarket just down the road. The flat was very quiet, wonderful views and had everything we needed. Would have liked to book for half term next year but it is already taken. Cedric is an excellent communicator and very helpful.

Great property, easy access to bars, restaurants, supermarket and of course the pistes. Very comfortable kitchen/dining/ living area with amazing view. Bedrooms do get warm as no windows, apart from that fantastic property! We'll be back!

Great stay. Apartments don’t look great from outside. But inside lovely chalet style. There was everything we needed. And fantastic location

The living area in the apartment was excellent; very spacious for our group of seven, well-equipped and had great views. The apartment is in a great location. A short walk from everything in Le Lac. Cedric was quick to respond to any queries. I was a bit taken aback that three of the bedrooms had no natural light. I hadn't noticed this in the pictures and none of the previous reviewers had commented on it. The rooms were hot and stuffy with the heating fully switched off, which meant we were quite dehydrated throughout the week. Overall a good option for a bigger group considering the living space and price point.

Flat was ideally located for a full week’s skiing, close to lifts (sub 30 seconds’ walk), ski hire and parking. Close to tourism office, around which Tignes Le Lac is centred, with easy access to Val d’Isere and Val Claret. Flat is located within block that has covered access to local ski hire and boulangerie (amongst many others). Linen and towels are not included in the price. I believe this is common practice in France but, coming from the UK, was unaware prior to booking. Stayed in a group of 12. The communal areas were ideal but the temperature in the rooms was a little hard to regulate, particularly in the rooms further away from any windows or doors, which happen to be the rooms with more people. Would recommend the flat for groups of not more than 8 adults, or 6 adults with children.
