The apartment was great at a very good price. The bedrooms had enough space; the lounge was great for for 4 people, but would be a bit cozy with more than 6 I think; and the kitchen and dining area was great with plenty of plates, bowls, cutlery, pans etc. The apartment is over 2 floors, which creates even more space when moving around in the morning/evening. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very clean. The are plenty of plug sockets/power outlets dotted about the apartment.
The location of the apartment is fantastic. The apartment is right next to the Val Claret upper bus stop, so very easy to get to, and it is very close to the supermarket and several ski hire shops. The nearest ski lift is Bollin, which is at most a 5-minute walk in ski boots. There are plenty of bars/restaurants within immediate vicinity too. That being said, the apartment is quiet and we had no noise issues during out week stay!
The reception desk staff (at Euro Immobilier) were great. Everything went smoothly once we'd worked out we needed to go there (see below). The cash deposit was returned to us in full and they came round a bit earlier than normal as we had an early bus. There was a little mix up with the bedding we received, but they resolved that immediately once we went there to let them know.
We never received the email that told us how to check-in. It was a little worrying start to our trip as we originally thought that we'd have nowhere to stay with there not being a reception desk at the apartment building. However, I called the apartment owner using the number provided on Booking.com and she picked up straight away and communicated what we should do.
Check-in happens as follows: go to the Euro Immobilier office across the road from the apartment and speak to them there; they handle the check-in. They take the cash deposit; they then take you to the apartment and show you the ski locker, etc; and you're all done.
The ski locker is a bit small. It was fine for 4 people, would probably accommodate 6 sets of skis and poles, but it would struggle with anymore than that I think.

Manque d'équipement en cuisine, louches, couvercles de casseroles manquants, des casseroles non compatibles avec la plaque d'induction, four ancien lent et inefficace.. disparité de vaisselle, manque de torchons...pas de sèche cheveux.. réfrigérateur fonctionne mais porte ferme par toujours bien.
