la situation de l'appartement et son calme, le prix de location est plutôt dans le marché mais attention à revoir certains points, voir ci-dessous. propriétaire très facilement joignable et répond dans les 5 minutes.

propreté limite, nous avons du repasser l'aspirateur à notre arrivée, j'ai nettoyé la cafetière qui était dans un salle état, le robinet de l'évier de la cuisine était desserré, pas pratique pour fermer l'eau, enfin il serait bien de refaire un état des lieux des ustensiles de cuisine car certains ne sont plus en état,

- Het ziet er (binnen) allemaal super gezellig uit en het is met heel veel versiering ingericht. Soms iets te veel waardoor je eigenlijk weinig vrije ruimte hebt om de eigen spullen op te bergen of te plaatsen. - Wij hadden de accommodatie met vier stapelbedden en een tweepersoons slaapbank. Wij waren slechts met twee personen en we vonden het krap, geen idee hoe je hier met zes volwassenen moet verblijven. - Uitstekende inductie kookplaat en goed uitgeruste keuken. Alles was proper. - Goede regendouche - Niet heel ver van de piste

1. De accommodatie heeft duidelijk al wat geleden onder het toerisme, waardoor alles nogal gammel aanvoelde: - opberghok voor skis: slot kapot, vervangen door hangslot - voordeur: slot zéér gammel, je kon de deur nog amper open/op slot krijgen - WC doortrekken: push knop hangt half uit te muur - vaatwasser: deur ingedeukt, daar was duidelijk al eens iemand op gevallen - kastjes badkamer: zéér voorzichtig openen of ze vielen bijna uit elkaar 2. Er is niet nagedacht over verluchting: - de dampkap voert de kooklucht helemaal niet af; die blaast de lucht gewoon in de kast; er is géén afvoer - de WC en de badkamer hebben geen verluchting - het rek om de skibotten te drogen is IN de kamer, waardoor je in het geluid en vooral in de geur zit van voeten. In alle andere accommodaties is dat in de ski-berging ondergebracht, maar dit gebouw heeft geen apart ski-lokaal. De skis worden gewoon aan de voordeur in een hokje geplaatst. 3. Ik vond de beschrijving versus de foto’s op booking eerder verwarrend/onduidelijk. - Er is géén parkeermogelijkheid ondanks dat dit wel wordt aangegeven: je kan en mag enkel in een publieke parking parkeren. Parkeren in Tignes is best duur. - Er wordt op de foto’s gewag gemaakt van kosten voor handdoeken, lakens en eindschoonmaak, maar deze zijn gewoon inbegrepen. - Er wordt geadverteerd met ski out en piste op 20m van de voordeur; in realiteit is dat toch eerder 100m. 4. Er werd helemaal niets van toiletartikelen voorzien, wat gewoonlijk toch wel voorzien wordt. Gelukkig hadden we alles mee, en de douche zelf was zeer aangenaam. 5. Geen koffiezetter (die van de foto’s zal ook kapot geweest zijn). De Nespresso machine staat er wel, maar zonder de pads, die je ook niet in de dichtstbijzijnde Sherpa kan verkrijgen. We hebben dus géén koffie kunnen zetten.

Kitchen could be better equipped; the induction hob did not work with the non-induction hob-suitable saucepans. We booked a self catering apt because one of us is gluten free and we don't eat meat - we were well aware that eating out every night would be a challenge, so were prepared to cook. Hence the lack of utensils and saucepans suitable for the hob was a disappointment. It would be good to have a grater, some spatulas, a proper sized chopping board etc. etc. The apt is small; best suited to 2 people with 2 small children. We could not imagine 4 adults in the apt. There is no where to hang clothes or store suitcases, and the bathroom is small. Pulling out the sofa bed was a bit of a pain, and when the bed was out, not much room. If there were 4 sharing, everyone has to go to bed when the sofa is pulled out. Having said that, the sofa bed was comfortable. The apt is a little shabby in places; broken windows with cold draughts, although the heating worked well. The advertised streaming services e.g. Netflix were only available if you logged in with your own account, otherwise French channels only. We took our tablets and used them with the wifi, but no possibility to chromecast to the TV The advertised free WiFi did not work with the code in the apt; we had to contact the host who then tried to get us to cancel our booking and book directly with him. He thinks Airbnb and Booking.com are liars and take too much commission. Not sure why he continues to use them. Made us feel a little uneasy. Overall, the apt was comfortable, but I would not choose to stay there again.
