About this apartment rental

modern apartment 127 m2 full center of Tignes lake facing the lake and beautiful views of the large mound with 4 bedrooms including 2 master bedroom, 2 bathrooms and 1 bathroom. Located on the 6th floor with elevator, ski lockers in the lobby and slopes at 50m (arrival and departure). Shops and sports complex "lagoon" nearby.
During your stay in the apartment, here are the hotel services you can benefit from:
- Upon arrival you will be welcomed by a person who will explain the general operation of the apartment and will be at your disposal for any questions during your stay
- You can rent sheets and linen. If you wish, they will be deposited in the rooms for your arrival at the indicative price of 20 € / person / week

The apartment was Ski in/Ski out, with great views of slopes. Had a nice kitchen for cooking and conveniently located near stores and restaurants. Apartment is very modern and nice. Would definitely stay here again.

Our second visit, the apartment worked really well for our 3 generation family. Large, comfortable, close to ski schools, slopes and grocery. If it had fast wifi and parking it would have been perfect, but their absence didn't put us off booking again.

Location superb and just as described. Kitchen well stocked for cooking and lots of space throughout the apartment. Wonderful views and very clean. Only downside was no WiFi. Would definitely return.

There is no question that this high quality appartment has an amazing location and stunning views from both sides, however there are some serious downsides for a luxury property in the 21st century. There is no WIFI in the appartment and 4/5G reception was very patchy. Via, the agent, we were told by the owner to piggyback off the next door appartment's WIFI but weren't given the correct password. WIFI is actually very cheap compared to the weekly rental charge for this property, so should be included. There was no welcome pack with the basics, such as washing up liquid, scrubbers, etc. There was also no sink plug, so washing up proved challenging. There were only 2 decent sized cereal bowls, although there were plenty of other plates, glasses, etc. We had to pay for linen and towels and we had to make the beds up when we arrived. There was only one bath towel provided in the paid for linen pack, no hand towels which was frustrating when hand washing in the many separate wcs. There was insufficient seating for 8 adults/teenagers in the lounge area. Although our stay was in the Christmas week, there was no evidence of Christmas, no decorations at all. The property manager was very helpful and flexible, meeting us to let us in when it suited us and arranging for an early check out. They also answered the queries that we had during our stay very quickly and the property was very clean and tidy. The beds were very comfortable and the appartment is very spacious.

Excellent apartment. Fully equipped with all we needed, including sledges! fantastic views of lake, mountains, snow, and sky both day and night! spacious and roomy…8 adults stayed with plenty of space for all. Beautiful bathrooms. Storage was plentiful. Ski storage downstairs so useful. We had so much snow and the whole area/resort was just perfect. Very reasonably priced mini supermarket opposite selling all you could need. Excellent communication with apartment concierge who was very helpful. Definitely worth ordering towels and bedding from the concierge. A perfect place to see in the New Year!

Spacious apartment, recently refurbished to a high standard. We (5 adults and 2 toddlers) had everything we needed for a wonderful skiing week. The location was perfect for access to ski schools, lifts, shops, restaurants and Le Lagon swimming pool. The concierge service was helpful and communication was easy over WhatsApp. It seems churlish to mention any down sides at all but for balance, there is no WiFi. Apparently you can rent a hotspot 'box' from the Maison de Tignes. We survived on our phones' 4G data. You have to park in one of the public carparks which is normal for Lac. We had no trouble stopping close to the front door to unload and load at the beginning and end of the holiday. We loved the apartment and would like to stay again.

We loved the style of this apartment, it’s facilities and overall cleanliness. However, when you’ve paid £4,000 why do you then have to pay another £180 cash to the manager for sheets and towels, then make all the beds yourself then strip them all??? Also the Wi-Fi was terrible. That made working (yes some people still have to work on holiday) difficult. Also, it left only French TV for 5 English speaking children under the age of 13 as we couldn’t open Netflix etc. This May all sound like 1st world problems but it’s what you expect when you’re paying this level of accommodation. So, overall, very nice but need to sort out these small issues please.
