Great location, clean property. Bed situation rather a shame for the high cost of the apartment.one double mattress very squashed into a box room,Small doubles in another room. One shower is old with shower curtain and in need of renovation.Very poor bed linen provided which had to be paid for as an extra. Towels also poor quality.Wifi not very good, which was a shame as well.Clean property and good flat manager who allowed an hour later check out which was helpful.

We had a fabulous time at PGs apartment, it was close to the local shops, bakery, and loft pass shop. The Cantina Cafe and the Thai takeaway were highly regarded by our group ! It was a very short walk to the slopes or the free regular bus around Tignes. The apartment was very well equipped, and very comfortable for the 9/10 of us that stayed. Balconies offered fabulous views both to the front and rear... And we got lucky with some great snow in late March too! We would love to return. Thanks!

Nice apartment in a great location. Would use again. Oven and washing machine we're playing up the week we were there but PG has advised these were fixed on our departure date. Quiet area of town which was perfect, great for accessing the ski area. Ski back to within 200m and join the piste with 200m.

Lovely size apartment and great location in Le Lavachet. Easy to access the slopes and 2 good size ski lockers on the ground floor. Good communication by both PG and his wife. The Sherpa supermarket is just round the corner along with a pizza take away. Would definitely recommend the apartment, no issues with noise and great for a family.

The apartment was lovely, great dual aspect views. Easy to access slopes. Shop bar/restaurant and ski hire all within a couple of minutes walk. Great to be able to ski in straight to the bar!!PG and his wife were helpful and responsive, we would definitely come back.

We stayed in PGs apartment over Xmas / NY 2022. Great village, well serviced with shop, bars, cafes, restaurants and hire shops. The apartment was well appointed, and comfy. Good access, good bus route, easy to use. Knife sharpener...... apartment needs a knife sharpener! Other than that, perfect, thank you PG.

We were with 9 persons of which 5 adults and 4 kids. The kitchen & living room was well equiped and the appartement has a nice sunnyside balcon to enjoy. The communication with the host PG was very good. A supermarket & bakkery is close by. To go skiing you need to walk a little from the appartment to the first slope. To go to the ESF we took a bus with 5' drive to Tignes Le Lac. The wifi was not always working well during our stay.

Nous étions 4 adultes et 5 adolescents et avons beaucoup apprécié l'espace, la cuisine très bien équipée, tant en électroménager qu'en ustensiles, et les nombreux rangements. La résidence est calme, les vues superbes. La supérette est toute proche, ainsi que l'arrêt de la navette gratuite pour rejoindre les quartiers du Lac ou Val Claret. Il est possible d'aller facilement en ski rejoindre les cours ESF à Tignes Le Lac. A recommander sans hésiter !

Appartement spacieux et très agréable. Seul bémol pour les enfants gatés que nous sommes : il faut marcher une centaine de mètre pour accéder aux pistes ... Propriétaire très disponible (habite sur Tignes), très chaleureux et passionnant par ses activités professionnelles (le contacter à l'avance pour réserver une journée hors piste et free ride avec lui).

Superbe appartement au coeur du quartier calme du Lavachet. Navette, magasins, boulangerie a proximite. Des remontees mecaniques proches permettent de partir quasiment ski au pied. L'appartement en lui meme est grand et spacieux, de la bonne literie, une belle cuisine avec toute la vaisselle necessaire. Des meubles neufs et une deco stylee. Un casier a ski au rez de chaussee est tres pratique. Pierre Gerard (PG), le proprio, est tres sympa et s'assure que votre sejour se passe bien. Je recommande vivement. -------------------------------------- Wonderful apartment in the heart of the Lavachet Village. Shuttle, supermarket and bakery close-by. Ski-lift can be accessed easily from the apartment (you won't even need the shuttle). The apartment itself is spacious with good mattresses, a fully stocked kitchen, new furniture and a nice place all around. PG (aka Pierre Gerard), the owner is friendly and helpful. I strongly recommend this place if you are planning to go to Tignes (which I also strongly recommend if you like skiing!).

Nous avons passés plusieurs séjours dans cet appartement à 2 familles (4 adultes et jusqu'à 5 enfants) et c'est à chaque fois avec grand plaisir que nous le retrouvons ! Connaissant parfaitement le quartier du Lavachet pour y venir depuis plusieurs années, nous n'avons pas été déçus par ce logement traversant proposant toutes les commodités nécessaires pour passer un agréable séjour au ski ! Départ / arrivée des pistes, commerces et navette à proximité. Ajoutez à cela un équipement complet, excellent confort, balcons / terrasse avec vues effectivement magnifiques, 2 grands casiers à skis... et une immense pièce à vivre ! Bref, un excellent rapport qualité / prix !

Appartement très spacieux, au plus proche des pistes exactement ce qu'il nous fallait puisque nous étions la pour skier, c'est également bien équipé niveau cuisine. Le Propriétaire est très réactif ! Nous sommes restés à deux familles dans l'appartement 4 à 5 adultes et 4 enfants. L'appartement est confortable et fonctionnel. Il est très bien placé. Littéralement à 100m des remontées. Et avec une magnifique vue sur les montagnes. Pas de vis-à-vis Merci !
