The neighborhood and walkability was great. Easy to walk to multiple historic sites and restaurants
A lot of stairs with luggage if you can’t figure out the elevator! (I think that was our fault😂)

The staff were excellent and very fast and clear with their communication. The room was big, comfortable and clean. And the location was awesome! Central to everything - we were able to walk everywhere, and there was PLENTY of places to choose from for eating and drinking at any time of day. It's not your typical hotel, but more of an air bnb feel....which was perfect because you got much more personal service, but still with a reception desk and staff, and with a more unique Italian vibe to it.

The location was perfect and the room was clean.
One of the shower heads was basically falling out of the ceiling and when I left and honest review for a previous stay the staff harassed me on WhatsApp.
