Quality in Rome

Awesome location, friendly helpful staff, clean comfortable room.

We liked the location that was central to all attractions, and how quiet the hotel was at night. It was clean and the staff very friendly and accomodating. The split system air conditioning was fantastic to cool the room to the temperature desired as it was hot outside.

The pillows (there were only two on the double bed, 2 more would have been welcome), they were also hard memory foam type and weren't comfortable. The shower head in the bath room wouldn't stay fixed in place and the shower water pressure was low, and temperature maxiumum was luke warm and couldn't be adjusted in our room.

I loved our cozy room in this six room guest house. It felt like we were staying in our very own little apartment in the center of Rome. I also loved the fact that a coffee bar with morning pastries, which opened at 6am, was available directly across the street. The area was safe, secure, and quiet. The staff is extremely nice and helpful and I would stay here again in a heartbeat. The location is within walking distance to all the ancient Roman ruins/forum and Colosseum. There were also lots of nice restaurants and places to walk nearby. This is the greatest place!

I really can't think of anything. There is an old fashioned elevator which needs all doors closed in order to work for the next person, but I still loved it. Staff is not always available at the front desk, but they are easily reachable.
