The room was perfect a big! The cold a/c and amazing bathroom. The best room we’ve stayed in an all of Italy. My fiancé and I plan on coming back in the future and staying here.

We stayed as a couple at the end of June/beginning of July and had an excellent experience. The room was immaculate: spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and equipped with fantastic amenities. The location was absolutely perfect, just a short walk from all of Rome’s main attractions. The air conditioning was excellent and especially appreciated during the heat wave, making our stay even more comfortable. Emmanuel was an exceptional host: friendly, welcoming, and always available to help. He also kindly offered restaurant recommendations throughout the area and provided useful information on transport links for destinations a little further away. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Rome and would happily stay here again in the future.

The property was in a fantastic location for all the local attractions, Marco & Emanuale where the perfect hosts providing beautiful and clean facilities with lots of useful information about where to go and what to see in Rome.

Great location and great owners! The facilities were comfortable and clean. We REALLY enjoyed it!

Nothing, except the building does have an old elevator that requires folks to manually close the doors properly after they get off. If they do not do it right, the elevator will not operate. So if someone gets off on the 3rd floor and does not close the doors completely, it cannot be retrieved to the ground floor. The worst case scenario is you have to climb 3 floors and close the doors. It's not a bid deal, and it only happened a couple times to us over 3 days. But, if you are not physically able to climb stairs, and you are traveling with someone who can, this may not be the best choice for you.
