Livadhi Guesthouse

The location is beautiful and we loved having a balcony overlooking the river. We enjoyed using the lounge chairs next to the river. Our room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the AC in the room worked really well. The coffee and breakfast were good. The pizza was very good. The staff was always ready to help, and arranged our shuttle from Shkoder and boat ride to the guesthouse.

The tables and floor in the restaurant downstairs where food and drinks are served could be kept cleaner. There were a lot of flies. The trash cans with no lids are kept at the foot of the stairs going up to the rooms and on hot days really attract a lot of flies and it's super smelly as you start your climb upstairs to your room.

Livadhi at Shala River was an amazing place to stay! The staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and always willing to help. They provided boat transportation to and from the location for an extra cost, which made getting there very easy and convenient. The sun beds and umbrellas were included in the price, which was a great touch and made the experience even better. The food was also excellent, the pizza and chicken were both delicious. The staff were so friendly that by the end of the trip, it felt like I was leaving friends and family instead of a guesthouse. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Shala River and would definitely come back again. The only bad part of staying here was eventually having to get back on the boat and leave! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Livadhi was fantastic. Honestly, I’d be surprised if it had anything less than a perfect rating. There are a few guesthouses to choose from, but we’re so glad we picked Livadhi. The family made us feel incredibly welcome from the moment we arrived, and the food and drinks were both delicious and very reasonably priced. We found ourselves wanting to support our hosts rather than eat or drink anywhere else. If you’re staying in the area, book Livadhi, you won’t regret it.

Felt like in a camping, for this price I would wish for a better looking bathroom and room for 2 without extra 2 beds.
