Great location very central in Oakham, within easy reach of all of Rutland by car. Very comfortable and clean apartment with all the usual amenities. I recommend if you're looking to stay in Rutland.

Lovely place, ideally located for exploring Oakham and Rutland Water. The apartment is clean, well equipped and very comfortable. The host was very communicative and we had everything we needed. The kitchen has well equipped, the shower excellent and a comfortable bedroom.

The location was beautiful, the apartment was clean, modern and stylish. I would definitely recommend staying here and would love to return.
The apartment was a little hot and because the windows on the front of the property are original, I was a little hesitant to open them. There were signs instructing not to adjust the heating so I didn't want to mess around with it. Otherwise the property was exceptional 👌

Excellent position for walking into Oakham. Parking right outside. Apartment was perfectly clean and quite modern.
The heating in the bedroom don’t work. The hot water hadnt been left on so I couldn’t have a shower Christmas morning, when I did turn it on it made everywhere smell of fish.
