Location - ideally situated for Rutland Waters.
Property not suitable for taking your own bicycles. Only having separate single sofa beds to sit on to watch tv, which weren't comfy for extended periods.

Outstanding location, large flat with parking space, huge and comfortable bed! The flat was very clean. The shower was SO powerful I loved it.
Some of the towels/pillow covers smelt a little damp and musty. Was only provided 1 dishwasher tablet for a 4 night stay so that was a bit tricky too. Would have been a nice touch to provide a fan as it was quite warm.

Great location very central in Oakham, within easy reach of all of Rutland by car. Very comfortable and clean apartment with all the usual amenities. I recommend if you're looking to stay in Rutland.

Excellent position for walking into Oakham. Parking right outside. Apartment was perfectly clean and quite modern.
The heating in the bedroom don’t work. The hot water hadnt been left on so I couldn’t have a shower Christmas morning, when I did turn it on it made everywhere smell of fish.
