There was NO hot water available all the time, which it should be 24/7! The pool is old and NOT maintained. The bathroom did NOT have towel hangers NOR mats to avoid slipperiness. TV-Device unserviceable. Constantly running out of water.

Mala experiencia en el hotel

Me tuve que salir el mismo día, el hotel es horrible. Sucio, con animales, sin mantenimiento, fugas de agua, sin luz, mal trato de los trabajadores. No lo recomiendo, no encontré la opción de pedir reembolso pero no pasé ni siquiera la noche ahí.

Nada fue bueno, el lugar está en pésimas condiciones, las fotos deben ser de hace muchos años, es un lugar barato pero no tiene ni lo básico y el trato es pésimo, no tuve agua caliente y después de un rato tampoco había agua, terminamos saliendo de ahí y nos quedamos en otro lugar, preferible perder ese dinero a quedarnos ahi

Hotel palmas recomendado, no es caro y prácticamente estás en el centro de la ciudad, todo cerca.

La habitación frente a la alberca muy bien, puerta del baño dentro del cuarto no cerrada, goteo de la llave de la regadera, en lo demás excelente limpio y muy tranquilo.

No consumi alimentos pero el trato al llegar fue bueno, la habitación estaba perfectamente limpia justo frente a la alberca. Agua caliente en la regadera.

La televisión muy complicada de usar, me dieron la llave y ya en camino a la habitación me dijeron que si quería el control y una diminuta toalla debía dejar 100 pesos de depósito, lo acepte sin problema pero el control nunca funcionó y la toalla no la use pues llevaba una personal, tuve que salir a comer y lleve el control y la toalla esperando me regresarán el dinero pero me dijeron que no s menos que ya me retirará, mi salida era hasta el día siguiente. Lo que me molestó es que si desde el principio no hubiera aceptado no me hubieran pedido el depósito, no es mucho pero la actitud es desconcertante.

Me gustó que me recibieron bien y tienen un restaurante aunque no pase y alberca que tampoco entre una no me acordaba que avía y no lleve traje y otra debe estar alguien conmigo porque no sé nadar pero regresaré a este hotel gracias

No me gustó que no pude prender la pantalla y no vi el fútbol y otra es que gaste mucho en taxi y fue solo un día que estuve por ese motivo ya no me quedé y camine mucho para ir al zócalo

No me gustó , que no hicieran limpieza en la habitación, nos quedamos 2 días , y el primer día limpio, y al segundo día después de que llegamos de andar paseando, estaba sucio estaba igual de cuando nos fuimos. La verdad si me molestó eso.

Se recomienda el lugar y si en un futuro volveremos a ir definitivamente no quedaremos en el mismo lugar.

La conexión al internet fue muy buena. Las instalaciones fueron adecuadas y si tenía estacionamiento donde siempre estuvo seguro el coche.
