I would definitely stay here again. The personnel were extremely helpful and attentive & made sure I was happy with my suite. I love that they are renovating the dated areas of the property and it just shows that they care about providing an amazing experience for their guests.

Hot water takes 20 mins to arrive. WiFi works very well in the public area but zero, zilch, nada in the room. Overall, very happy with the stay. Not a resort-like place but comfortable and very close to zocalo.

The room was very bright, roomy, and cool. There were two windows on opposite sides of the room, allowing for a cross breeze, and I never needed the a/c. The grounds of the hotel were beautiful, but the pool was in the shade most of the day in November. The room also came with a large 1.5 liter bottle of water every day, which was very much appreciated.The air quality while I was there was extremely bad, so be aware if you are sensitive to that.

We had our breakfast included but we had to leave very early our last morning for our flight and would have to miss our breakfast, however, the young man who worked the overnight/morning shift helped get us some fruit and yogurt Togo! We will Def be staying at this hotel when we return on vacation next year.

Breakfast was also included & was gourmet. The garden area is beautiful. Our wives had a massage which they thoroughly enjoyed. We were afordded free late check out @ 4 pm with no extra fee. The hotel has easy access to local downtown.

We had a lovely stay at Hotel Quinta Las Flores. The grounds are lovely, the flowers were in bloom, and the breakfast was absolutely fantastic. The staff could not have been friendlier or more eager to help. Only drawback was that the WiFi seemed to get turned off around 10pm each night. But on the whole, an excellent stay. Muchas gracias!

The grounds are nice and the location good, but the rooms are very outdated, there is no noise insulation and the not yet renovated bathrooms, most of them, are in absolutely terrible state. We complained and we were given a discount.

This hotel is very pretty, simple, nothing fancy. Very Cuernavaca and very Mexican, with a lush garden, heated pool, excellent breakfast, basic amenities and very friendly and helpful staff. They did my laundry in one day for only $100 pesos (approx. $6 USD). The location is relatively close to the center, and public transportation, shops and banks are all nearby. Its a couple streets off of the main avenue, so very quiet with almost no noise from the road. It was a charming and elegant place to relax and reflect.
