Great location, only a couple of minutes away from Koiwa Station and downtown Tokyo in under 30 minutes. Good range of facilities in the apartment including washing machine, large shower, kitchenette, fast WiFi and toiletries
Futon was quite uncomfortable, I had to place both of them on top of each other and even then I could feel the hard concrete floor. Cleanliness was not great, found previous residents iPhone and old pair of boxers on the shelf. If this had been cleaned thoroughly, it wouldn't have been there.
