気楽でのんびりできました
オートロックの暗証番号がわからなくて時間的にメッセージしかなくメッセージ送ったが返事が遅くて泊まれないかもって不安でした　事前にもらってたメッセージが文字化けしてて漢字だらけのメッセージが届いてたが暗証番号はわかったのでそれで入れると思ってたのに入れなくて　　申し込みの暗証番号とオートロックの暗証番号が違っていて　それがわからなかったから入室の時に困りました　まぁ時間帯で電話連絡が取れないのは仕方ないかもですが緊急連絡先はもう少し早く対応して欲しかったです

Getting into it the first time was abit confusing especially as Japanese isn't my first language and even for us who are pretty decent with the language we still had abit of trouble
