Welcome to M&M's Hotspot, a lovely holiday home in Rotorua that's just right for families and groups. This big, two-story house has four bedrooms, a fun games room, a cool swimming pool, and a bright, sunny living area. You'll also find a handy double garage, perfect for your bikes and toys, and easy access to the Redwoods Whakarewarewa Forest for some amazing biking and walking fun.
The Space:
This spacious holiday home is set over two levels, offering ample space for relaxation and entertainment. Downstairs, you'll find Bedroom 4, featuring a Queen bed and a King Single bed, providing comfortable sleeping arrangements. The internal access Garage offers convenience, while the Games Room boasts a Pool table, a pull-out couch, and a Smart TV for entertainment, with easy access to the outside area. An Office and a Laundry complete the ground floor amenities. Upstairs, the open-plan Lounge, Kitchen, and Dining area features a balcony with views of the pool and backyard, perfect for enjoying meals or simply relaxing. Bedroom 1, Bedroom 2, and Bedroom 3 each offer a Queen bed. A well-appointed Bathroom and a separate Toilet are also located on the first floor. Please note, the pool is not heated, making it ideal for the warmer months.
Guest Access:
You'll have access to the entire house during your stay, including all four bedrooms, two bathrooms, the kitchen, living areas, and the garden. Enjoy amenities like the swimming pool and BBQ grill, perfect for a relaxing getaway. There is free parking on the premises and on the street.
The Neighborhood:
Lynmore is a great residential area. It's an easy walk or ride to the Redwoods Forest. If you're here with the kids, Motion Entertainment is just a few hundred metres away and is a great wet weather entertainment centre.
Getting Around:
Traveling to and from M&M's Hotspot is convenient. We offer free parking on-site and on the street, making it simple to bring your vehicle. Rotorua Airport (ROT) is a short 15-minute drive away, and the central Rotorua bus station is just a 10-minute drive, connecting you to various destinations. Although a car is recommended for exploring the area, these transport links ensure easy access to your arrival and departure points.

Our stay in Rotorua was great! The house had nearly everything we needed (just couldn’t find the rubbish bags) to make us comfortable. We all agreed the house was comfortable, especially the beds! A really great stocked kitchen made it easy to have meals in. Our boys loved the pool table, extra tv room and had fun in the pool. Thanks for making our NZ trip great!
