Met up for a reunion weekend with a couple of friends from college. The property is in a great location and easily walkable to restaurants, coffee, and bars. Check-in and check-out were a breeze and the house was spacious and clean. Would recommend for a family with children or a get together with friends

We really enjoyed our stay here, the owner put a lot of attention into making sure you felt right at home and offered great recommendations in the binder you will find in the dining room about the area. The space was perfect for our family of 5 (plus 2 friends) and it really felt like home on nights when we wanted to cook meals at home or relax and watch a movie! No complaints other than I would highly recommend an update to the carpeting that was in the stairwell and upstairs areas. Although you can tell a lot of work has gone into making this space feel like home. Also would recommend a more thorough cleaning job of the kitchen (mainly the trash receptacles and trash area) and the bathroom (mainly the sink/walls). However, despite these suggestions, it was a wonderful experience and we would definitely recommend this spot!

Hosts were responsive and communicated nicely. Besides some spots on the carpet steps, the house was clean and neat. It was 1 block from Carson Street in Southside Flats so walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Close and easy access to the bridge crossing the river. The 3rd floor got very warm in 40 degree weather with the heat on so we just turned the heat off at night so our young adult “kids” could sleep more comfortably.

The property was well kept and felt very homey. It was located in a quiet street and we had plenty of room. I would definitely come back!

The house was very clean and the host was initially responsive. The only bathroom is inside of one bedroom which presets some issues with multiple people staying. The listing says free street parking. We thought we found the “free” parking, but didn’t and got tickets so plan to pay for parking. Easy to get to to downtown and rest of city. South side is fine during the day but wouldn’t plan on going anywhere at night. The actual street itself was nice and quiet though.
