Can’t beat the price and location! Communication was awesome. Would highly recommend.
Location and price were perfect. Many restaurants and coffee shops a block away.
Parking is challenging, but that was pretty well communicated ahead of time.

Ok property if you’re looking for nightlife.
Three separate bedrooms for privacy.
Entrance located in an alley on the backside of a major party strip. Parking was extremely difficult, and were were woken up several times between midnight and 3am by bar patrons walking past the unit to their cars.

Mega dirty!
All bedding in apartment was wrinkled and smelled dirty. Bedding and linens had to be washed prior to use. Hearing and cooling air vents were clogged with dirt and debris. Floors were dirty and sticky. Flooring had to be vacuumed and mopped upon arrival due to debris. All kitchen items were dirty and unclean. The blender had black mold growing on lid. All pots and pans were in severe disrepair with food residue and gouges in non-stick finish. All kitchen items including dishwasher had to be cleaned and sanitized prior to use. Dishwasher filtration was so clogged with grease and debris it had to be cleared by hand. Laundry area was absolutely filthy and unkept. Dryer exhaust vent was broken in half and not vented outside. Dryer unit filter was so clogged with lint it is surprising it had not caught on fire. Laundry area had to be cleaned prior to being able to use it to clean all bedding and linens. Outside balcony was very narrow and rickety, also dirty and debris scattered. Mattresses were stained, old and sagging. I have to say the only thing that was relatively clean was the stove top. The ceilings in kitchen were stained brown with what appeared to be food residue. We went out and purchased clean bedding and cleaning products to thoroughly clean the space that was supposed to be cleaned prior to our arrival. There were even rodent droppings on the living room floor and on the bed in the back bedroom. We were appalled at the conditions of the unit and would not expect something so dirty be offered as a suitable place for people to stay. Parking is also a difficult issue, especially if you have luggage. Suffice it to say we would not patronize this property again, even if we were paid too.

The furniture was so raggedy it was not even livable or you can’t even sit on it. There was burn holes and dirt everywhere. We stayed in one room the bedroom that first one we was that scared to even stay at night, but they cannot relocate us.

Very close to the flats night life ! Didn’t need an Uber very good value , public parking with cameras down the street ! I think it was a tad outdated beds were of needing upgrades. But it was spacious and the owners was very friendly.

There is absolutely no parking available anywhere and an enormous amount of time was wasted on finding parking. The car was ticketed one day and thankfully the owner picked up the ticket. So "parking available" is totally misleading. It is not available and the owner is unable or unwilling to arrange for one. There was no plunger in the toilets and they kept getting blocked. When we complained, the owner first said there was a plunger and finally sent one through an associate. The air conditioner just could not generate cold air-- it was hopelessly inadequate.
