Communication with host is great, pet friendly, location was good for restaurants and bars. This property is perfect for a group that likes to go out.

Parking was in a small alley if you can get a spot. It was okay not the best. Pay parking a block away but pricey. The beds and furniture were very uncomfortable. Furniture in living room needs to be cleaned.. The location of the property has a high noise level due to being 1 block over from nightlife, it is located on a busy, & load walking alley.

A great disappointment and discomfort

This is a very good location. The host was responding quickly to our issues but did not address anything.

Our family's stay was deeply disappointing due to numerous significant issues with this property. The main bedroom mattress was lumpy and noisy, making sleep nearly impossible. I reported this to the owner, who proposed an airbed, which is unsuitable for those of us in our 50s due to back health concerns. Compounding this, ants were a major problem. My mother found them in her bed, forcing her to the living room couch, but they were there as well. The ants were widespread (kitchen, bathroom, other rooms). The provided spray left an overpowering chemical odor throughout the house, and we had to find different accommodations for my mother. The place also had a strong cat urine smell from the living room rug, many non-functional light bulbs, and broken or unstable furniture (dining chairs, shelves, kitchen drawers). Given these conditions, which severely limited our use of the property and impacted our family celebration, we requested a 50% refund instead of the proposed relocation due to the short time left and our family celebration commitments. When I explained we would document these issues in a review if a resolution couldn't be reached, Nick accused me of "extortion/review manipulation." Our intention was to offer a chance to address serious deficiencies before they became public. The "solutions" provided were inadequate. We have photographic evidence of all issues and have escalated this to Booking.com. Future guests should be aware of the potential for significant comfort, cleanliness, and safety concerns at this property.

Great place to stay in Pittsburgh!

I wanted to stay here because my husband and I are thinking about moving to Pittsburgh, specifically Southside Flats, and wanted to look at apartments. The location was great and there's plenty space here. It was clean and we had no issues with checking in.

The house is a little bit older and so the floors are little uneven. That's the only thing I can complain about.

Good location, timely communication with Nick and his availability throughout, flexibility shown by him handling our requirements like adding Pet at the last moment, extension by one more day (with a payment) as per availability, overall a good experience

I wish it could have at least 2 washrooms, as a needed requirement for 3 rooms occupied by 6-7 guests, we managed though

Sweet pad in the coolest neighborhood

Location perfect, staff was super,-responsive, the place was huge, the value can't be beat!

Master bed mattress was a tad soft for my taste. However the rest of the family thought it was fine.

Overall a pleasant stay in a great location and a very good host

I like the communication from the host, very attentive, notably with information about lock code and parking pass. Always in contact and responding quickly. The location is very convenient. Great washer and efficient dryer. Efficient a/c units, it's nice to also have the ceiling fans. Pretty good kitchen area. Good use of space, feels like a house. Fun lighting and I like the motion sensors feature.

The beds are relatively comfortable but the main bedroom bed creaks. The a/c units are loud. The cleanliness is a bit lacking. Some dishes were dirty in the kitchen cabinets and the rug in the bathroom is dirty.

11/10 hospitality, location and experience

Everything about this place was absolutely fantastic! The location was awesome, being able to walk 10 minutes to Giant Eagle and 5 minutes from a Primanti’s is so convenient. The apartment itself was pristine and smelled wonderful because of the wall plug-ins. Will definitely be coming back!
