This was a very comfortable stay in a perfect location!

Perfect location for me to get where I needed to go (Pitt and Monroeville). The apartment was beautiful and comfortable, and Nick was a great host.

Disappointing rental...needs cleaning badly.

Clean bedrooms, linens & most of the towels. Wifi/Roku was excellent. Ample space. Refrigerator, toilet, stove, microwave, coffee makers & bathtub appeared to have been cleaned. Stocked with 10 frying pans! We saw NO bugs during our stay. Very quiet until our last night when a tenant came in noisily upstairs (sounded like they were moving furniture around). Owner great to communicate with.

Couldn't access front porch...doors solidly stuck together. Back door deadbolt was broken...we did not feel safe. Back stairs were squishy and the right railing as you walk out back - was loose. Hardwood flooring throughout was mildly clean. Furniture was badly stained and WELL use... a bit icky. ALL countertops were sticky. Food was still on plates, bowls, cups, utensils & spatulas. Cupboards and drawers were filthy & some did not open. 6 overflowing, smelly, fly-infested trash cans were in front of the unusable front porch our entire stay. A fresh coat of paint, general maintenance, and a deep cleaning would go a long way in raising the level of what could be a very charming apartment.

We liked the location of the property. We liked the inside of the unit. It looked exactly like the photos. The unit was very clean. The( rooms) accommodations for my team members and I were on point. Pittsburgh is a nice city! That's all that I liked!

THE NOISES THAT THOSE PEOPLE MADE OVER TOP OF US! IT WAS RIDICULOUS AND UNACCEPTABLE! BE AWARE OF BOOKING DOWNSTAIRS! YOU NEVER KNOW WHO'S GOING TO BE ABOVE YOU! IT WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! I ASKED THE HOST FOR A PARTIAL REFUND DUE TO THE INCONVENIENCE OF THE NOISE LEVELS, DISTRESS AND LACK OF SLEEP! HE REPLIED" CANCEL YOUR RESERVATION AND I'LL REFUND YOU"! HOW DISRESPECTFUL AND INCONSIDERATE HE IS! THE ENTIRE WEEK OF OUR STAY THE GUESTS STOMPED, MOVED FURNITURE, WALKED, AND RAN ALL DAY AND NIGHT LONG! I REACHED OUT TO THE HOST MULTIPLE TIMES TO REPORT IT! HE CALLED THEM OVER AND OVER TO CALM DOWN THE NOISE! THEY IGNORED IT! IT INCREASED! MY TEAM MEMBERS AND I HAD TO WAKE UP AT 1 AM FOR WORK. WE ALL WERE WORKING THE US OPEN 2025! NO ONE OF US WAS ABLE TO SLEEP ALL WEEK! IT WAS A HUGE INCONVENIENCE! NEVER WILL I GET THE BOTTOM UNIT! RENT THE TOP UNIT TO GUESTS THAT CAN BE RESPECTFUL AND QUIET! SCREEN ALL GUESTS WHEN THEY BOOK! ASK IF THEY CAN/ CAN'T HANDLE NOISES ALL DAY AND NIGHT!'

I liked our stay at the property. The accommodations were perfect for my family by renting both apartments. I just have some minor suggestions.

The back doors for both properties do not lock very well. The bathroom in the red door could have been cleaner, pink stuff growing on wood shelf and the rug in same bathroom needs to be replaced. Also some towels were good but others were not. They were too thin and small. More than one towel per person would be nice too. A couple more pillow on the beds would be nice too.

Great apartment for rent just outside downtown Pittsburgh.

The location was great. Just outside of downtown (if you're familiar with the city, it was less than 5 min to the tunnels leading to downtown). So nice to have space to spread out, and the kitchen was nice as well. Plenty of street parking as well as a small off street lot two houses down. Would definitely stay here again when we return to pittsburgh.

Disgusting section 8 type apartment - hard pass

Nothing but the location

False advertising. They highly edited the pictures. 100% Photoshop and not at all the actual space. The place has crumbling walls, is filthy, everything falling apart. The kitchen cabinets are falling apart. It looks clean in the pictures, but honestly, it would not pass a code inspection. There was pee on the mattress without a mattress cover, and the whole bed smelled like pee. The floors filthy n never moped. My husband walked in and asked to leave and go pay to stay somewhere else it was so disgusting. So, we do not understand any of the positive reviews. The neighborhood is not good either. Cars drive on the street like it's a raceway. You hear the traffic all night long. It's a bottom unit that they fail to mention. So the neighbors upstairs are up late, then wake early. Up till 3 am Saturday night and up at 6 am Monday morning. Slamming doors and living their lives rightfully. But not something you want on a vacation as its super loud, you can hear their full conversations, every step, every cabinet and drawer. The house has zero insulation and super creaky floors. We luckily were only passing through, short stay, on our way elsewhere to break up our drive. But we truly thought about just getting back in the car and driving the remaining 4 hours to our destination. I wish it would let me post more pictures. The nasty stained filthy rug in the living room, the stained disgusting furniture, the filthy bathroom, the walls and floors. Pass on this one.

The kitchen needs a few items. A dish drainer, cookie sheet or pizza pan and some sort of large bowl and a colander would be useful, but we managed.

Great taste of life in a Pittsburgh hill neighborhood.

Nice location on the back of Mt. Washington with good access to transit. Hilly neighborhood with numerous small attractive front yards. Grandview overlook within reasonable walking distance or a bus ride.

The Apartment is spacious and there is everything you need. The neighbourhood is quite und peaceful and not far from downtown.

A perfect place to stay if you have a car.

Really was a large three bedroom house. several families traveling together could use it, or a family with a lot of kids. Beautiful dining room wallpaper with skyline of the city. Large kitchen with full refrigerator and stove, along with a microwave. Living room with couch and TV, plus Both a front and back porch. interest remnant of a streetcar track right across the street. There are several bus lines that stop near the house.

A hilly neighborhood with a tricky turn to get to the correct street. No stores or restaurants close by — you’ll need to get back in the car. About 15 minutes to downtown.
