About this house rental
Enjoy a peaceful stay at this lovely 3-bedroom house in Pittsburgh. The bedrooms are tastefully furnished with 2 twin beds and 2 queen beds, ensuring a pleasant night's sleep for all guests. The property also features 2 bathrooms, complete with a hair dryer for your convenience. In the additional living space, you'll find a cozy sofa bed where you can relax and unwind. With amenities like a washing machine & dryer, iron, AC, WiFi, heating, grill and outdoor sitting, our place will help you feel at home while you're traveling in Pittsburgh.
The Space
This two story 3 bedroom 1.5 bath house was totally renovated over a one year period ending in 2024. The second floor has 3 bedrooms. Each bedroom has a smart TV. Two of the bedrooms each have a Queen bed and the third bedroom has 2 twin beds. There is also a safe deposit box in the first bedroom. If guests are willing to sleep on a sleeper sofa in the living room and share the Queen beds, the house can accommodate up to 8 people. The second floor also has 1 full bathroom with a tub/shower.
The main floor features a living room with a pull-out sofa bed that is queen-size, a half-bath, a dining room that sits 6 people. There is a first-aid kit by the stairs leading to the second floor. The kitchen includes a double door stainless steel refrigerator, gas stove, built-in microwave, dishwasher, and garbage disposal. It holds cooking utensils and flatware, glassware and dishes, as well as a Keurig coffee machine, oven and toaster. The kitchen also has a dining table that can seat an additional two people. A fire extinguisher is also in the kitchen. The kitchen backdoor leads to an enclosed backyard with a gas grill and sitting for 4 people
The basement has full size washing machine and dryer.
