Cute Rowhome *Great Location*

I brought my mother, my father, my adult son and my adult daughter for my third child graduation from law school. It was a great place. Lots of fun. All the amenities were great.

great time family

My friends and I were in town for a music festival. Some of the party were performers and some of us were just attending. Host was very attentive to certain requests and asks, and we appreciated that, especially since we were coming from out of town and had to coordinate between multiple parties and schedules. Lots of towels and snacks--nice touch! Area is far from food options or convenience stores, so bring some stuff. But a very quiet, pleasant, and cozy stay. Was definitely a nice place to come back to. There's a game room and backyard too which is cool.

Host was very nice and a lot of TLC was put into this property, however, it is a pretty old house and some choices were made to cover that up. Plaster walls are bubbling, floors are very creaking, third floor bedrooms (attic) felt a bit musty. The street is VERY narrow. We were told parking was avail behind the property, but it seemed like we'd be parking one block over so we parked on the street out front. Neighbors run home business working on cars late into the night. It is close to downtown but you will have to drive or Uber.I hate to tank anyone's rental biz, but we did not feel very safe staying here (neighborhood and condition of the property) and would not rent again.
