3rd Floor: Large living room w/ 50" TV, queen pull-out sofa bed, rooftop deck with patio seating.

Beds: 1 king (12" memory foam), 2 queens (12" memory foam), 1 queen pull-out sofa—all with quality linens & comforters.

Baths: Two full bathrooms w/ tub + shower, hairdryer, linens, shampoo & conditioner. (Note: 2nd-floor tub fills slowly but is fully functional.)

Entertainment: Multiple smart TVs (27"–55"), high-speed Verizon Fios fiber optic internet, streaming apps (log in with your cable provider).

Kitchen: Pots, pans, knives, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, dinnerware, drip coffee maker, premium beans, grinder, tea.

Climate: Central air + forced heat.

Parking: Two free private spaces directly behind the house. For extra cars, AGH’s parking garage is nearby (~$24/day). Street parking requires a pass.

This is an urban, multicultural neighborhood in the heart of Pittsburgh’s historic North Side. Some homes are beautifully renovated, while others are still being restored—it’s part of the city’s ongoing revitalization, as seen at the Garden Theatre.

You will occasionally see or hear Allegheny General Hospital’s helicopter—it’s part of the city atmosphere (and many guests find it exciting to watch!).

You may encounter neighbors experiencing homelessness. Please approach with empathy; your stay supports local revitalization and small businesses.
