The Space:
This adorable, newly renovated Holiday home with heated pool in Rovinj, just 350 m from the nearest beach, offers a comfortable stay for up to 6 people. The house is divided into 2 comfortable apartments. Upstair apartment has two double bedrooms, a bathroom and a living room. One of those bedrooms have access to a nice, large, furnished terrace. On the ground floor there is a third bedroom, bathroom, a kitchen and a dining room with access to a terrace with a heated pool and electrolyzed salty water. The house is surrounded by a beautifully decorated fenced yard, with a barbecue, a fully equipped outdoor kitchen under a furnished and covered terrace, for socializing and enjoying evening barbecues. The property has SAT TV, Wi-Fi, washing machine, dishwasher, ice machine, deckchairs, outdoor shower and private parking.
