Beautiful property, welcoming hosts

The owner was extremely welcoming and friendly. The room was very clean, well appointed, and spacious. Breakfast was delicious. We especially appreciated the glass of wine when we checked in.

The location is very quiet with good parking. It's in more of a neighborhood. It was an easy and short walk into "town".

The room was very big, comfortable bed with lovely view of the sea. The staff is incredible. So kind and warm. The banana bread was best I have ever had. Would highly recommend this location. Only thing that would make it better was if it was in the heart of the old city.

This is such a lovely small hotel readily located for the town - a short walk - the whole ambience is totally relaxed and the staff are exceptional - a little gem!

Relaxing and friendly

A lovely setup with spacious rooms and bathrooms. The air conditioning throughout the property was excellent, making our stay very comfortable. The outdoor setting was peaceful and relaxing. What truly made the experience outstanding was the incredibly friendly and accommodating staff, they went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. Amazing breakfast

A cozy, classy, oasis of calm.

Everything. Great location - short (15 min) walk to beach or into Rovinj Beautiful calm, surroundings, birds singing and Shade from trees. Plenty of space around pool not to feel crowded. The food was exceptional and breakfast, the best we've had anywhere. Peaceful, comfortable large and airy room (we had deluxe with spa bath) Christian and his staff make the place feel more like a homestay than a hotel. The photos don't do it justice.

Christian was a wonderful host and Casa Alice was SO good, we booked an extra night! Brilliant ladies supported him, good English, excellent breakfast (Christian was the baker), sun loungers around pool, huge bedroom - we were so happy there. 20 mins downhill into town, plenty of quayside restaurants. Christian has his own olive trees in many acres and sells the oil - lovely taste so bought 2 bottles! Thanks Christian for a wonderful stay

A nice place half an hour walk from the town

The house was lovely (also outside area with swimming pool)

Wifi was not reaching to the rooms - something one could expect as standard in 2025. Breakfast was ok but not amazing (pretty bad coffee) A few things to improve about the room - to have more ambient lights (the bedside lamps had cold light bulbs), also shower was not designed well (the bathroom was flooding every time)

Home away from home

Kristijan is an excellent host, very friendly, kind and smiling. At our arrival he welcomed us with a glass of good local wine and coffee and made everything to make us feel welcome. The room was spotless, with comfortable bed and bedding, the temperature was just right. The highlight of everything was breakfast - fruits, freshly squeezed orange juice, different cheeses, ham, eggs, cereals, fresh bread and poppy potica... excellent start of the day. It's a kind of a place that you wish to return as soon as possible.

Exceptional hotel - extremely comfortable and clean with beautiful, spacious rooms with wonderful air conditioning and a large balcony.The breakfast was amazing especially the freshly squeezed orange juice ! Located about 10 minutes walk from Rovinj in a quiet, peaceful area with a lovely pool. Christian and his team provide the perfect stay.

A fantastic stay with incredible service

Casa Alice is a small cozy property 15 min walk from the old town of Rovinj. It was high season and it's a relaxing and peaceful place to stay. The service is outstanding. The staff is amazing. There is truly quality of food, long late breakfasts outside in the terrace, late afternoons reading under the olive trees in the pool area. They made vegan food for my husband and without us telling them they made a really sweet nice surprise for his birthday. Was really lovely and caring. Thank you. We took our car, but given the busy and expensive parking we walked everywhere. There are also bicycles available. And a large car park with some shade.

It's simply a matter of decoration and personal taste. Our room had a very large bath tub in it. Not in the bathroom but in the room itself. We would rather have a nice comfy sofa ;-) Maybe in the winter is a nice feature...

Decent stay for 2-4 days with a friendly staff

Very friendly and polite staff - If the review would be only staff related - I would give you 10/10 (maybe 12/10). Girls are smiling all the time, Christian is very welcoming and helpful. Place provides amazing breakfast. Locality is quite, swimming pool is a definetely plus.

Maybe we just was not lucky, but the room would definitely deserve refurbishing. Worst was bathroom. Very old, unmodern - A bathtub with an old curtain. The shower did not hold the height. The toilet was leaking.

Fantastic place - we loved it!

The host and owner Kristian gave us a very warm welcome and was attentive throughout our whole stay. The room was very nice and spacious. The whole staff was just great! Breakfast was excellent and dinner was just outstanding. The chef Lorena is doing a wonderful job.

The pillows are a bit too hard and bulky.

Relaxing and comfortable stay with excellent food and wine!

The welcome from the owners was lovely with a welcome drink and a homemade snack which was delicious. The staff were always super attentive and helpful. We ate in the restaurant one night where they do a taster menu and it was excellent. They also have some excellent Croatian wine which we enjoyed with our meal. The pool is pleasant and it is in a very quiet area, some of the guests were around in the day and most were sat around the pool having charcuterie and Aperol Spritzes. It was a short walk in to town, maybe about 15-20 mins, but also well positioned for the other direction for a 5-10 min walk to a beach area.
