Fantastic apartment in the heart of Rovinj

The apartment was beautiful and well appointed. The owner has done an amazing job restoring the historical nature of the building while offering modern amenities. The outdoor terrace is spacious and the wood fired cooking area is wonderful.

Everything was wonderful, but it should be noted for arranging transportation, that the entrance to the apartment is not located at the address given. It is better to arrange pick up/drop off at the bus station or valdibora coast parking area, which is a short walk.

Stunning apartment

We absolutely loved this apartment. It was superb, clean, super comfy beds, lovely spacious bathrooms, kitchen/living area. It had everything we needed. The outside was also perfect. The host Luca was great. He very kindly left for us on our arrival some essentials in the fridge, which included beer & wine. He also helped us out picking us up and dropping us off with our taxi, who could not access the apartment. The location is excellent, just a few minutes from the centre, but tucked away in a quiet corner Thank you Luca for a wonderful stay.

We had wonderful time there. I could recommend to everyone, specially for families with children

Luka was very kind and professional. It was very easy to communicate as he speaks excellent English and he was always available, answering all our questions very quickly. He renewed the property, working on many of the parts with his own hands which we really appreciated. Our stay was absolutely hassle-free and felt like we were at home not in someone else's property. The whole appartment is spacious, bright and comfortable. Well equipped facilities, beautiful spacious bathrooms for each bedrooms. The garden is also a big bonus, a really quiet green spot in the middle of the old town which is very rare. Mattrasses are great quality for a good sleep.

One of those places you want to come back to.

Beautiful, modern apartment with charm and lots of space. Comfortable beds, to bathrooms and an extra toilet= no rush in the morning. The heart of the apartment is a huge kitchen-living room, when you can relax and enjoy your time with friends and family. Great service, the owner is a very nice person, helpful and professional. 3 minutes to the main square in Rovinj, you can walk to the beach in 10-15min.

Es hätte nicht besser sein können.

Alles hat uns super gefallen. Appartement ist wirklich außergewöhnlich. Luka ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Zur Lage kann man sagen es hätte uns nicht besser treffen können. Super Entfernung zum Hafen und zum Parkplatz. Jederzeit gerne wieder. Kann man nur weiter empfehlen.

Es ist ein tolles Appartement und es hat von der Ankunft, Abholung von Luka (sehr freundlich) am Parkplatz, bis zur Abreise alles sehr gut funktioniert.

Luka a été un excellent hôte avec une accueil chaleureux et souriant. Il a pris le temps de nous rencontrer afin de pouvoir stationner la voiture tout près de l’apartment. Il nous a fait visiter son bel apt. qui était impeccable et immaculé. On va garder un souvenir impérissable de ce bel endroit. Un gros merci 🤩

Estancia perfecta

Es un lugar estupendo y muy bonito para pasar unos días. El jardín, la cocina, los dormitorios, los baños y el salón...son perfectos y muy limpios. Luka, a pesar de no poder conocerle estuvo siempre pendiente de nosotras.

La llegada fue un poco complicada, pero no tiene mayor importancia. Sólo decir que la dirección que pone en booking no es correcta y a pesar de que nos mandó la ubicación, nos liamos un poco. A la vuelta nos ofreció un taxi que nos fue genial para llegar a la estación de autobuses. Gracias Luka.
