Perfect location close to the beach and centre but equally very peaceful. It was very clean and smelt lovely each time we went in.
No freezer - which would have made our rating even better. Only enough hot water for one shower . however this was communicated to us so we were aware of this and we coped ok.

The decked area has really comfy seating. It’s tucked in the corner so no wind & west facing so sun all afternoon. Great bathroom & living areas. The owner was lovely & kept in touch
The only things that bothered me was the automatic light in the hallway, blinding when my other half went to the loo. Bedroom not dark enough as gaps in the blinds but didn’t spoil our stay

Brilliant location and very peaceful. Had most of what we needed. The beds were very comfy. Nice spacious living room/kitchen. Televisions in 3 rooms. Instant heat from radiators in 3 rooms when we needed it. Would be amazing to go when it's better weather as there is a large outdoor decking area with furniture.
There was no freezer in the kitchen and the bathroom was cold. The heated towel rail was barely on. Had Netflix on two televisions but we couldn't use our account as it wasn't our household.
