Sea Sway offers light, bright, and spacious accommodation spread across three thoughtfully designed floors, making it a perfect home away from home.
The reverse-level layout ensures the best of the sea views, with the top floor dedicated to a large, open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area. This split-level space, flooded with natural light from full-length glass doors, creates a warm and inviting atmosphere for family or friends to relax together. The modern kitchen is well-equipped for preparing home-cooked meals, and the informal bar area is a great spot for leisurely breakfasts. Adjacent to the dining space is a sofa area, perfect for children or teens to watch a movie or play games.
The middle floor features four beautifully decorated bedrooms. The king bedroom, with its en-suite shower room, provides a peaceful retreat for parents. The double bedroom and two bright twin bedrooms are perfect for the rest of the group, especially children. A family bathroom with a shower over the bath, sink, and toilet serves this floor.
On the ground floor, you’ll find a utility room, an additional shower room, located just off the spacious double garage - ideal for storing beach gear, wetsuits, or bikes. Under the stairs is another toilet to help when the need arises for littlens heading out.
The outside space is fully enclosed and gated, with a decked patio area perfect for summer evenings. There’s ample seating for your morning coffee or sunset drinks.
Sea Sway is ideally situated in a peaceful cul-de-sac, just a 5-minute walk to Rhosneigr village centre and less to the beach. With off-road parking for one car and additional spaces nearby, you can enjoy a stress-free holiday.
For larger groups, Sea Sway can be booked alongside neighbouring properties The View (sleeps 8), Minstrel Lodge (sleeps 8), Cool Waves (sleeps 6), or 4 y Bonc (sleeps 6), all located within the same cul-de-sac.
The Neighborhood:
Rhosneigr (said: ROSS-nigh-ger) is one of the most dog-friendly villages on Anglesey. It's a foodie haven, a watersports mecca, and somehow packs bars, restaurants, independent shops and golden beaches into one small stretch of coastline curving round the village. Whether you're a couple, a family three generations deep, or bringing a dog who's never seen so much sand, it works.
It's on the pricier side, but one visit shows why. Two stunning beaches wrap the village, Traeth Crigyll and Traeth Llydan, the surf's some of the best on the Island, and the food punches well above its weight. Mornings belong to the water, with Funsport or Gecko Surf on the seafront covering surfing, kitesurfing and paddleboarding for all ages. Evenings bring cocktails, fresh food at the Blue Olive, or the Sandy Mount House or fish and chips from Scarletts on the high street, eaten on the beach or back at the house.
Getting Around:
Rhosneigr is best explored by car, with free parking available at the property and throughout the village. The nearest train station, just 5 minutes away at Ty Croes, connects you to Holyhead and Bangor

We loved the location in Rhosneiger and the access to the beach.
The house has a nice upside down design with living accommodation on the top floor. However the bedrooms are very small with only one of the four rooms having a wardrobe or any hanging space. It was a tight fit for five adults and two teenagers.
It was hard work preparing food for seven people with one small fridge and limited utensils (initially only three teaspoons for a house that sleeps eight). The property has a small back garden but no table or chairs.
We contacted Anglesey Holiday Lettings a few times to raise issues, their service and support was very good.

The title says it all, this is our second stay at Sea Sway. We had a very short window of opportunity to get away and sea sway was available so we grabbed it with both hands. We know the house and love it.
We had a little issue with housekeeping but they arrived within 15 minutes and the problem was solved so we have no complaints
The weather was fantastic, the property was fantastic and Rhosneigr was fantastic.

We spent a great holiday in this property and we have been spoilt. Great location, great view , very warm and comfortable.
Been on 3 floor is probably not ideal for older people with limited mobility but the stairs were quite shallow and easy to go up and down.
Great place and will be on the short list for a return visit

Lovely comfortable house in a great location. Well furnished and equipped. Lots of room for 6 of us. Great holiday. Have rebooked.
