Welcome to Faraway, a spacious single-storey holiday home in Rhosneigr, professionally managed by Anglesey Holiday Lettings. Ideal for multigenerational family groups, just a short walk to the beach.
Accommodation: Sleeps six in three bedrooms
Bedrooms: One master double bedroom with en-suite, one double bedroom, one twin bedroom
Bathroom: One en-suite bathroom, one family bathroom
Pets: Two well-behaved pets welcome at Faraway
Infant Info: One travel cot and one highchair provided (travel cot linen not included)
Access/Parking: Off-street parking for two cars
Towels & Bedding: Linens and bath towels provided (please bring your own beach towels)

Entering Faraway you step into a wide-open plan hallway that feeds off to the fully equipped kitchen to the right. To the left as you enter is a large living room, which is beautifully furnished with comfy sofas, a smart TV, and a fireplace for cosy autumn-winter stays. Large patio doors fill the space with natural sunlight and lead to the front landscaped patio. The living room flows back round and into a spacious dining area, the dining room also opens to a charming conservatory, ideal for quiet afternoons or dining with a gentle breeze.
As you follow the hallway round you come across a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a family bathroom, which features a walk-in shower, toilet and sink. The final room is the master double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom which features a walk-in shower, sink with a large mirror, and toilet.
Faraway boasts a lawned garden and a sheltered deck, perfect for dining out on summer evenings or enjoying morning coffee in the sun. The enclosed garden features a gas BBQ and offers a safe space for toddlers, perfect for pets too. The driveway for Faraway can fit two cars comfortably or a car and a small boat. Internet is a free amenity, however due to our unique location on Anglesey, we cannot always guarantee its performance or availability. We appreciate your understanding if this service becomes unavailable during your stay, as compensation cannot be offered.
Experience the thrill of aviation! During your stay, you might catch the occasional fighter jet display from RAF Valley, a beloved feature of Anglesey. Flights occur on weekdays during working hours. Although jets don't fly directly overhead, sounds can be heard more clearly with open doors or windows. It's part of the local charm and adds to the adventurous spirit of your visit.

This is our 2nd visit to Faraway. This year there were a few changes/renewals which we appreciated. We could not fault anything about the property or the location. The only issue we had was that the washing machine broke mid cycle. A call to Anglesey letting and the next morning an engineer arrived and sorted out the problem, he was really efficient and friendly. The house is spacious and well equipped with everything we needed. Lovely walks in the vicinity and we especially enjoyed our evening walks around the lake.
We love this house so much that we have rebooked for next year.

Thanks to the fabulous weather in August our second time at Faraway was even better than our first occasion which was at October half term in 2023 (when it rained) but honestly the accommodation is so good that you can't help but enjoy yourself! Everything was first class. There was a hitch with the fridge freezer,defrosting on our arrival,but it was cleared up very efficiently by the housekeeping service. The owners of the property are to be commended on the high standard of all the amenities. It's a perfect family holiday let. Thank you!
