Quel dommage avec un si beau potentiel et de ne pas l’entretenir

Le logement a un beau potentiel mais le propriétaire laisse celui-ci dans un sale état. Malheureusement, c’est la premier fois depuis 10 ans d’utilisation sur booking.com dans de nombreux pays, que je mets une note très mauvaise. L’appartement était très sale avec des taches d’humidité. Le lit était cassé, la cuisine était vraiment sale ainsi que la salle de bain. Il y avait même encore des cheveux ou des taches d’humidité. Le canapé présentait des taches. La vue sur les ordures, on s’en passe surtout quand le store ne peut pas s’ouvrir. Il y avait également une odeur désagréable. Pour moi, le logement ne peut pas être loué dans cet état… Je pourrais encore continuer longtemps car je n’ai jamais vu un logement dans cet état.

Petit appart

Petit appartement sympa non loin de Strasbourg, il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour dormir, se faire a manger avec le petit plus du lave vaisselle, coin douche relativement grand avec une machine à laver.

Rien si ce n'est le manque de micro-ondes et éventuellement des bols pour le petit déjeuner car les tasses sont un peu petites.

Die Wohnung hat Potenzial. Sie ist ausreichend für 2 Personen. Wohnung liegt ruhig trotz Durchfahrtstrasse. Vermieter ist freundlich und bemüht. Ich nutzte diese Wohnung nur zum übernachten.

Die Wohnung war nicht sauber, die Küchenablagen waren staubig. Keine Kaffeemaschine, Kücheninventar sehr bescheiden. Der Kühlschrank ist defekt, ein neuer stand verpackt in der Wohnung. Das einzige Fenster ging zum Hof, der unordentlich und total verwildert ist. Das Bett ist sehr niedrig, die Matratzen sind weich, die Lattenroste lösten sich mehrmals. Im Schlafzimmer fehlen Lampe und Abstellmöglichkeit. Ein grosses Wandbild ist nicht an der Wand, es steht in der Wohnung rum. Der Fernseher funktionierte nicht aufgrund fehlenden Internet. Der Außeneingangsbereich dient auch als Parkplatz und wirkt ungepflegt, viel nasses Laub, einige Baumaterialien lagen/standen rum.
