It’s perfect for short stays, but nothing more. It’s actually an apartment for 2 people.

The host was ok, but for the fact that he didn’t answerd my messages. Moreover whe had to ask him to turn on the heating because when we arrived it was freezing and despite he firstly did it, during the night the heating was turned off again.

OK for 1 night

Good location for access to Strasbourg, opposite tram station.

Although it said free public on site parking there isn't any . The only parking is on the road and it was very busy. There was no kettle for us English people who enjoy a cup of tea, had to boil water in a pan. Shower head and toilet seat were brocken and no curtains to windows, but we survived. OK for 1 night.

Inside the apartment was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The washer and dryer were very much appreciated in the large bathroom. Very close to the tram station into Strasbourg. A convenient location for a visit to Strasbourg.

An old van had sat in the backyard for quite a long time along with various other stuff that was no longer used. Needs a clean up. There is only street parking and you have to be lucky to get a spot. We would have liked an electric kettle for cups of tea.

Top

L’emplacement est top à 5 min d’un tram pour le centre. Très bonne gestion de Fabrice qui nous a permis d’arriver un peu avant 15h l’heure du check-in et l’appartement et très sympa avec pas mal d’électroménager.

Le sol était un peu huileux due sûrement au produit ménager.

Semana muy a gusto.

Muy buena ubicación, a 2 minutos de la parada de Tram, muy fácil encontrar aparcamiento, limpio, barrio muy tranquilo, sin ruidos, la casa estaba calentita al llegar, que en estas fechas se agradece, todo el rato encendida la calefacción. Había productos de limpieza, de higiene personal, cocina equipada, lavadora, secadora... Centro comercial a una parada en Tram. Fabrice estuvo muy correcto y amable, explicandonos como cerrar la puerta correctamente, viven arriba y cualquier duda acude/contesta enseguida.

Por decir algo, que si duermes en el salón, la nevera hace un poco de ruido, pero es normal. Que cuesta cerrar la puerta, pero sabiendo el truco hay que subir la manecilla, listo. Y por último, que hay que tener cuidado en la ducha, que no se salga el agua por la esquina, había despegado un zócalo por el agua.

Malgré les point négatif cela ne nous as pas empêché de passer un très bon séjour

J’ai aimé la présence d’électroménager (lave vaisselle,machine à laver, sèche linge) Avec aussi tous le nécessaire pour la douche

Manque de pression d’eau dans la douche et aussi le support de douche qui ne tenait plus. La fenêtre de chambre qui ne fermait pas totalement qui laisser rentrer de l’air Et aussi un mauvais réseau pour la télé

1ere expérience décevante avec Booking..

Situation géographique

Equipements de cuisine vétustes, abimés et insuffisants (casserolles, poeles..), pas de bouilloire, couteaux de cuisine...... Refrigérateur inutilisable à l'arrivée, sale et difficile à régler.. Pas de chaise et pas de table pour déjeuner à l'intérieur..

Peut être penser à mettre le nombre de serviettes identique aux nombres des convives, mais rien de grave on avait prévu les nôtres. Idem pour les draps, nous avons un peu galéré à les trouver (il y en avait dans tous les tiroirs).

Séjour parfait

Un hôte extrêmement disponible et serviable. Le logement est parfaitement équipé et propre. Le tramway est à 2 mins à pied et il est très facile de se garer.

Appartement à petit prix qui a répondu à nos attentes dans l'ensemble.

j'ai apprécié de trouver sur place des produits d'entretien, du thé, du café. Une station de tram est toute proche, c'est à seulement 3 km de l'Illiade.

j'aurais aimé avoir un chauffage d'appoint à la salle de bain. La porte d'entrée est difficile à ouvrir/fermer. Les places de stationnement dans la rue étant souvent occupées, il faut aller se garer plus loin dans une rue parallèle.

Très bien, bon rapport qualité prix pour passe une nuit

Logement très propre. Très bien pour passer une nuit avant de se rendre à l'aéroport par exemple comme pour nous.

Un peu de difficultés à trouver la porte d'entrée du logement malgré les explications mais après être arrivé, un dessin était sur le porte clé. Nous sommes arrivés de nuit, nous n'avions pas vu. Peut-être à préciser dans le message avant l'arrivée.

Des hôtes exceptionnels ! J'ai rarement rencontré des personnes aussi adorables, des anges. Pour ne donner qu'un exemple, j'ai oublié le chargeur de mon ordinateur et le propriétaire n'a pas hésité à se déplacer pour le déposer à mon domicile le lendemain matin. Sur cette base, à quoi s'attendre d'autre qu'un moment de grand bonheur. Une belle et douce énergie dans l'appartement, lit très confortable, on s'y sent bien et apaisé. Merci pour ce que vous êtes, nous vous souhaitons le meilleur 🌟
