    Anassa Suites is undoubtedly one of the finest places I’ve stayed at in Crete. Our hosts, Marianna and Marios, were wonderful and went above and beyond for us. Their extensive knowledge about the area is invaluable, so be sure to ask them for dining recommendations. The complex is perfectly located in the heart of the main street, surrounded by a plethora of restaurants, bars, mini supermarkets, and a car hire place just across the road. It truly offers everything you need. Taxis are reasonably priced, operate via WhatsApp, and are both reliable and comfortable. The highlight of our stay was the pool. If you have the chance to visit Anassa Suites, I recommend requesting Room 103, which I believe is the best. Each morning, breakfast is delivered on a tray by Thanis and Marios, providing a peaceful start to the day. The pool is perfect when you want to avoid the beach, and the main pool area is luxurious with ample space and comfortable sunbeds. The atmosphere is tranquil, as the resort is adults-only, making it ideal for those seeking peace and relaxation. Marianna and Marios work tirelessly day and night, and their warmth is truly appreciated. I wouldn’t hesitate to return—this place is a slice of heaven, perfect for a quiet, relaxing holiday.
