The location is right in the middle of the Tanukikoji Shopping Center in Susukino, just a few minutes walk from either Susukino or Odori station. Since it's in the middle of a shopping street it can get very busy around the place at evenings, but it is very quiet inside. Many restaurants (including a soup curry and a ramen place just beside) can be found as well. The capsule is large enough to fit both me and it has a space for my large-sized luggage. The staff can speak some English, i think. Finally, the lounge in the second floor/reception area is spacious enough whether you want to sit on the sofa, work in the individual cubicles, or even read from their modest selection of popular manga. The price point is also very good for me, rather than book a hotel since i'm just a solo traveler and using the place only to sleep.
Towels and basic amenities are also available for rent.

TLDR: Great location and value if you are on a budget, but the room smells really weird and the shower has mold. Bring your own slippers and towels, they charge for them.
The moment I went inside the capsule room area, I was hit by a stench, don't know what exactly it was but I had to buy an air freshener for my capsule. The floor was dirty and shoes were everywhere. I must emphasize the smell, it was terrible, and I regretted booking here to the point where I cancelled my second leg of my stay here and booked a hotel.
The shower wasn’t any better, the room before the shower had mold growing and I did not feel safe touching my bare feet on the floor. The toilet was great however, your classic Japanese bidet, but it was abit squeezy (to be fair almost all toilets in Japan are squeezy).
Speaking of bare feet, the hostel charges you for rental of slippers and towels, so be prepared to pay or bring your own towels and slippers. They provide you with body soap, shampoo and conditioner so no need for that.
The location of the hotel is great, a few minute walk to Susukino and Odori park, so it was really convenient. Not to mention the cheap price for the room.
If you really had to save money, this is a great choice, but bear in mind that you pay for what you get. If you are able to, just get an actual room from another hotel please.
