    This is my second time staying at the hotel, and once again, I had a very pleasant experience. The hotel is in a great location, making it convenient for getting around. The room was nice, clean, and equipped with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The breakfast was very good, with a nice variety of choices. I was also impressed by the excellent service from the staff, who were friendly and attentive throughout my stay. My room faced the street this time, so there was a little noise from outside, but it was totally bearable and did not significantly affect my stay. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and will definitely come back again!

    Enjoyed my stay at yet another Quintessa. Location is perfect, train station nearby and plenty of food and bar options. Room has great A/C for the hot summers.

    Our room is classified as Family Twin. That's why I was glad that they provided us with 3 twin beds instead of 2 plus 1 sofa bed. The room would've been large enough, if only there were closets. Our luggage occupied a lot of space making it feel a bit cramped. Cleanliness is okay. Service is fine, except for the staff forgetting to give me a receipt for the tax I paid upon check-in. I think the best part about Quintessa is the location. It's a few minutes walk from the Susukino station, lots of restaurants and konbinis in the vicinity. Overall, we had a pleasant stay. I'm happy I chose Quintessa.
