    My family loved the unlimited alcohol drinks, the supper and the super value unlimited crab buffet. The room is big and decent. It is not a spanking new hotel but it is still ok. The bathroom is smaller but that means the room Is bigger. My son loved the unlimited drinks and food. Said it was the best hotel he has stayed and even preferred this to other more modern new hotels which usually have smaller rooms. The location to shopping and taking the airport bus is great! We will definitely stay here again if we visit Sapporo.

    Location is very good. Their staff are very helpful. The room needs more clean before new check in cause there is a lot of dust on the wall over the headboard. Air conditioner is not cold.

    We visited Sapporo for the Winter Snow Festival. The display site is just walking distance from the hotel and other tourist attractions. The hotel staff are very accommodating. They helped us with our short notice car rental in going around Sapporo. Hotel lobby has also play space for guests checking in with kids.

    In my honest opinion, Hotel Abest is in its perfect location because it is centrally located. Shopping malls are walkable and the famous donki as well. They offer unlimited supply of drinks such as coffee, juice and soda. They also have light snack at night which we only avail once during our 10 days stay. What turned me off was the airconditioning system. During our stay they already turned on the heater because according to them, the season has changed to winter when in fact then temperature from Oct 2-11, 2026 was sometime a little cold and sometimes hot. When we reported it to the front desk, they offered us only electric fan and told us to open the window which I totally disagree because I told them that it not safe. We talked to them for 3 nights and we just get tired of talking to them especially they have a language barrier and they kept on saying just to open the window. The Manager Yamamoto told us the same and the last that he told us was if that happens again, he will buy a cooler for us the following day. It was very nice but, we just get tired of complaining.
