    Fairly clean and well maintained, albeit aged. The price is hard to beat. Do note that this seems to be a love hotel. That said the hotel felt safe and we had no strange encounters.

    The room was incredibly big and the price ridiculously low. A short walk from downtown Sapporo, this hotel included everything in one room from a sauna to a massage chair! Comfortable couch and large closet, unique furnishings and decor, and great lighting, all for around ***/night with a floor space large enough to dance across comfortably. Room *** has it all!

    Room is huge unlike other hotels in Japan. The best thing is that a massage chair us included inside the room. With ref, microwave and electric kettle. With private toilet and bath with bath tub. Near convenience stores. Nakajima park and train station is just around 200m. Near restaurants and Susukino.

    The Room was clearly a smoking room just with the Label non smoking attached. Had a very strong smoke odor in the room and the floor was strangly sticky. Very bad room which I left the Day of the Check-in straight away.
