    I visited during late june and theres not much guests, the staff at the lobby were very kind and accommodating, they take note of your breakfast preferences and they already know your room key once you enter the hotel to get your keys. Breakfast was fantastic and delicious. I am going back to book this place if i visit sapporo in summer.

    Booked this place to be able to walk to/from Sapporo Tower for Klook Pick up/Drop off. Walking distance from the train station. 2 choices of breakfast everyday which is a plus for us. Room is spacious tho outdated in design. Stairs going to lobby but there is elevator going to rooms. Near restaurants. Hot shower, mini ref, TV, AC, Small windows. Would stay here again next time.

    The hotel location is good, close to Sapporro JR stationan metro station. The staffs are nice and polite., and the room is compact like most of the Japanese budget hotel. The rooms is clean and has everything that I need in it. The reception desk is located on Level 1, and there’s no lift from the ground floor to level 1. For me, it’s OK as I only got one suit case.

    The hotel was located near sapporo station and other nearby attractions. I initially booked a twin bedroom, I wasn't expecting too much and I am aware that the might be small but that is fine with me cause my child is still too small. However, as we arrived in the hotel the staffs insisted on changin our room into a japanese-style room because of the presence of our child and insisted on paying an additional fee for my small child. The room was big, but room smells odd. It smells like an old house. The room was located behind the emergency exit and the toilet is not inside the room. Since we have a little kid, its very inconvenient for us to go to the bathroom as it requires us to go out of our room to get to the toilet. And we also need to frequently locked-unlocked-locked our room door whenever we needed to used the bathroom for security reasons as the main door is the emergency exit door. The door locked is also a bit of a hassle as we need to turn the key 13times just to locked and unlocked it. 🥹🥹🥹
