    Great Location and a Comfortable Stay I had a very pleasant stay at Wyndham Garden Sapporo Odori. The location is excellent and very convenient for exploring Sapporo. It is within walking distance of Tanukikoji Shopping Street, where you can find plenty of shops, restaurants, and places to eat. Odori Park is also nearby, making it easy to explore the city on foot. There are convenience stores and cafés nearby, which makes everyday needs easy to take care of. The hotel is modern, and the room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, making the overall experience even better. One of the nice touches is the complimentary coffee and soft-serve ice cream available during the day, which is a lovely bonus after a long day of sightseeing and shopping. Although it is not right next to Sapporo Station, the convenient location makes it a great base for exploring the city. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in a good location at a reasonable price. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Sapporo.

    I would like to give my highest praise to the young female receptionist who was on duty around 12:00 PM on my arrival day and also during my checkout the next day. ​When I arrived early around 12:00 PM, I was in a stressful situation trying to retrieve a lost vulnerable items from Asahikawa. Even though it was before the 3:00 PM check-in time, she was incredibly proactive, helpful, and spoke fluent English. She went out of her way to call the Asahikawa hotel for me to arrange the delivery. On my checkout day, she was the one who carefully handed over my delivered parcel, handled the cash change honesty, and was so warm and thoughtful throughout. Her exceptional service, efficiency, and honesty reflect the highest standard of hospitality. ​However, my check-in experience at 3:00 PM with another Mandarin-speaking staff member was quite uncomfortable, as the presentation was overly loud and lacked politeness. ​Despite the minor flaw at check-in, the wonderful service from the helpful female receptionist made a huge difference to my stay. Thank you so much!
