    The staff is the best I’ve ever seen, willing to help in anyway they can. It is close to everything including Odori Park. I love all the festivities this park has to offer. Lots of restaurants close by and close to the bus that goes to New Chitose Airport. This is my 4th year staying here.

    The room we stayed at is spacious, with ample room for 4 large luggages. Clean and beds are comfy. The use of the washing machine downstairs is free which is convenient. Its a walkable distance to the shopping street, Odori Park and Nijo Market. It is also near ABest Hotel wherein the Airport Liner stop is located so its easy to get to Chitose Airport. The only thing they may need to improve on are the free amenities because it lacks as compared to other Japan hotels. Other than that, this is a good place to stay and will definitely be back

    It is about 15-20 mins walk to Sapporo main station but 10 mins walk to Susukino. (location wise is good) Reception staff is not so friendly and in bad mood somewhat when we check in and check out. Hotel room is decent, the air valve on the table, hairdryer is dirty and somewhat not clean. You can literally see the dirt on it. Hence I think cleanliness is not really there. Room cleaning every 3 times/weeks. Standard hotel amenities available at lobby.
