Lovely
The view is fantastic! You can relax in the little swimming pool listening cicadas overview the golf! The house is new and modern with very nice taste and quality . The owners welcome us with an aperitif and gave us a present when we left! They also arrange for us a spot on the beach at San Terenzio.
The beaches around in July are very busy so you have to arrange in advances some to umbrella and beds.

Sehr angenehmer, entspannter und schöner Urlaub.
Die Unterkunft hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Das Haus war sehr sauber, angenehm und praktisch aufgeteilt und hatte alles, was man für einen Urlaubsaufenthalt braucht. Man hat viel Privatsphäre und genießt die Ruhe. Der Garten hatte einen kleinen Pool, in dem man sich immer schön abkühlen konnte. Das Essen kann man jederzeit überdacht mit einer atemberaubenden Aussicht auf das Meer und die umliegende Landschaft einnehmen. Das Auto kann im abgeschlossenen Bereich im Garten neben dem Appartement geparkt werden. Eine Busstation ist direkt an der Straße (1/2 stündliche Fahrten nach Lerici mit verschiedenen Haltestationen) Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Bei Fragen konnte man sich immer an sie wenden (die Vermieterin spricht Englisch). Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt und freuen uns auf einen erneuten Aufenthalt.

Geweldig! Aanrader!
Simona stond ons al op te wachten bij aankomst om ons de sleutels te overhandigen en haar prachtig vakantiehuis te tonen! Alles hier was super in het huis is alles aanwezig, het zwembad, het uitzicht over Lerici. Er is vanalles te doen en bezoeken in de omgeving en op 15 min wandel je naar het strand of met het gratis busje dat voor de deur stopt. Je mag alles vragen aan Simona ze is supervriendelijk.

Wunderschön und erholsam! Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!
Wunderschönes, super sauberes und gut eingerichtetes Ferienhaus. Etwas abseits gelegen und somit angenehm ruhig. Der kostenfreie Bus hält direkt vor der Haustür und bringt einen alle 30 Minuten nach Lerici oder San Terenzo (Anfahrt zur Innenstadt mit dem Auto nicht empfohlen, da kaum Parkplätze vorhanden. Aber mit dem Bus war es super unkompliziert). Simona ist eine tolle Gastgeberin und stand mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Der Blick auf das Meer ist wunderschön.
Die Einfahrt zum Parkplatz der Unterkunft ist sehr, sehr eng. Mit der Zeit haben wir uns aber daran gewöhnt.

Vacances reposantes et calmes dans une région magique
Simon nous a tellement bien accueilli. Nous a donné toutes les informations nécessaires et un plus ... au frigo une bouteille de prosecco. La piscine nous a bien rafraîchi et la terrasse pour admirer Lerici depuis les hauteurs. Beau village calme et où on sent Bella vita 🥰 Dans la maison il y a tout le nécessaire. La climatisation pour les nuits. Draps, serviettes et produits pour la douche. Cuisiner très bien équipé. Tout brille et d'une propreté exemplaire. Vous pouvez vous reposer dans les transats à côté de la piscine et entendre seulement le chant des cigales. Je vous recommande cette villa Encantata 🥰

Simona est une hôte très agréable et à l’écoute, on ne peut rêver de mieux, sa maison est décorée avec goût, au calme. Une excellente adresse que nous conserverons pour un prochain séjour. Merci pour votre gentillesse et votre accueil.
