Das Personal, das mich um 4:00 Uhr morgens empfing, konnte die Zugangskarten für das Gebäude nicht aushändigen, was Probleme beim Wiedereintritt verursachte, wenn wir das Gebäude verließen. Außerdem ließ man mich zu einem Geldautomaten fahren, um 1000 Dirham für eine Kaution abzuheben, ohne mir eine andere Zahlungsmethode für die Kaution anzubieten. Am Tag des Check-outs kam das Personal 40 Minuten später, obwohl ich die Abreisezeit bereits einen Tag im Voraus deutlich mitgeteilt hatte. Danach versuchte die Person, sich mit einer Lüge herauszureden!! Wirklich ein sehr schlechtes Management, das unseren Aufenthalt stark beeinträchtigt hat!!
