Elite Royal Apartment - Full Burj Khalifa & Fountain View - Magnum

The location is outstanding, offering luxury at its finest. The rooms are spacious and feature very comfortable beds, and all four bedrooms, as well as the living room, have a direct view of the Burj Khalifa. It is located in Tower 7. Upon arrival, we were welcomed by a beautifully arranged dining table in a luxurious dining/living area, which immediately made us feel more than at home, like getting a special treatment. Cherry, the host, was extremely kind and professional. She guided us through all the necessary instructions and responded quickly to any questions we had. The property is conveniently located just a 13-15 minutes walk to the Burj Khalifa, and the neighborhood is very clean, safe, and peaceful. Overall, this is an exceptional place in a prime location. I would highly recommend it to anyone traveling in groups of up to eight people.

Location was good. Breakfasts each day were very good. Parking area is amazing under the building. There was a small supermarket 3 mins walk and a Boots chemist as well. The pool on level 3 was very nice.

Bunk bed room is tiny. Beds were very hard. Lots of taps were loose, kitchen and bathrooms. Shower rain heads hanging loose with very little flow. Had to shower in the baths, no non slip mats for the baths. Limited number of towels available for use.
