House was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. Having 6 people with comfortable beds for all was wonderful. Excellent location as we visited family in Tampa and Clearwater. A door code issue was resolved to pur satisfaction. Communication was responsive.
Pool was cold upon our arrival. It was resolved within 2 days. Living room is a bit cramped for the amount of people the home sleeps.

The pool was great and there were enough rooms for everyone to have enough space. Plenty of crockery and a kettle😀😀. Good central location in a quiet neighbourhood.
Floorboards were a bit squeaky. We needed to get a citronella candle as there were bugs around by the pool so might want to consider this if staying.

This rental has a beautiful nautical beach theme with everything you could think of. The kitchen is fully stocked with every dish, pot, pan, cup and utensil. There is even a fully stocked walk in pantry with all the spices. The home is clean and the mattresses are so comfortable. The pool is also well maintained and the surrounding neighbors were very nice to us. My family and I would definitely stay again!
