Johnny’s Beach Hideaway is a charming and spacious vacation home, recently renovated, this home now beholds a fresh and modern look, with a game room added to add to your guests enjoyment! Located just steps from the beach, this home is also equipped with a refreshing pool, an aesthetically tropical backyard, and perfect patio to enjoy the Florida air together. This home now has 4 comfortable bedrooms, and 2 beautiful bathrooms, making it an ideal spot for a relaxing seaside escape.

Need to Know
-Renters between ages 18-25 must pay REFUNDABLE damage deposit of $1,000.
-Property is monitored by a camera at the front of garage and another on the southeast corner looking to the backyard.
-After booking you must sign a contract and send a copy of your ID. YOU HAVE TO SEND IT WITHIN THE FIRST 24 HRS.
-Dogs are welcome with a $150 pet fee per pet
-Down payments are either $1000 or 10% of your total (whatever is greater-than)
**Golf Carts available for rent for $90 a night with a refundable deposit of $500. You do not have to rent the golf cart for your entire stay, however the last day of your rental must fall on the last day of your reservation with us. **
Essentials:
-Bed linens and bath towels are provided for guests use.
-Basic essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, dish detergent, and garbage bags are also provided to get you started with your stay.
-Kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, and kitchen ware.
Note: Pool heaters run from Nov 1-April 1 (if pool is not reaching 80 degrees earlier then Nov 1, then we will turn the heater on for your stay, otherwise if the temp is 80 or above we will keep it off. Pool heaters do not run 24 hours a day. Pool pumps run 8-12 hours a day and that is when the pool heaters work. Additionally, pool heaters may not reach temp if when temps drop into the 50s or lower.
Please be advised: Due to our property management account with VRBO, we collect the remaining balance if you are outside the 60-day window after your check-in date and after your down payment has been made. Payment can be made via PayPal with a 4% convenience fee, Zelle with no fee, Venmo with no fee if sent as friends and family, check with no fee, or credit card with a 4% convenience fee (only for the balance and not for the initial down payment).

The property was amazing,as advertised. It was very spacious on the inside. Plenty of room for everyone. There were plenty of resand pubs near by and the food was fabulous. I highly recommend Jonhys Hideaway.

The game room was a hit with the 3 and 8 year old. Also loved that there is an alarm that can be turned on and off at the door to the pool. Wish the pool had been heated for just a week or two into May. It was cooold the first three days. The kitchen was well stocked with all the things one needs. Great to have a wagon and chairs to take to the beach too. Not sure if the chairs were left by previous tenants but it was a game changer. Would have loved to have beach towels too. Yiu can’t really pack those if not checking luggage, and not sure why those couldn’t be provided, and charged for if taken or lost. Short walk to the beach which is beautiful and not very crowded. Beds were comfortable, pillows so-so. Great communication. Would rent there again!

The house was very spacious! There was plenty of space to sit and hangout inside and outside! Loved the proximity to beach access as well!

If you're looking for a short walk to the beach, this is the place. If you like a retro home this is the place. They should really update this place for the price they are asking. It was very clean and comfortable. However the fenced in back yard is only accessible from the side of the house, about 20 feet from door to gate is not fenced in. Once you enter the backyard it IS a little slice of heaven. Pool and sanded area are very nice. Although we never used the pool. We did not go outside in the back at all after dawn as it butts a conservation pond and without a pool cage the mosquitos are vicious. We contacted the property manager with requests of changing location with a few major dislikes. The only one available did have a pool cage but we were informed one of the top screens needs to be replaced. (THEN FIX IT!) Overall plenty of room for a large family, all the basics are provided. We ended up leaving 2 nights earlier than we booked. I give it a 3* rating
