Welcome to your coastal getaway at Indian Rocks Beach, where our 3-bedroom, 3-bath home awaits. Comfortably sleeping 9 with the use of the sleeper sofa in the living room. it's a perfect haven for family and friends. Our newly-designed backyard oasis boasts a heated pool for your pleasure and a sandy area for children's laughter and play. Stay tuned for new pictures of your next vacation paradise.

Need to Know
We do not supply anything that is taken off the property. That would include any coolers, floats, beach towels, chairs, etc. Usually there is some at the property left from past guests. We do not guarantee what will be there. There will be a beach wagon of some kind
- Access to the back yard is though either the queen or king rooms or going out front and to the side of the home
-Renters between ages 18-25 must pay REFUNDABLE damage deposit of $1,000.
-Property is monitored by a camera at the southeast corner facing entrance and another on the northwest corner looking to the backyard.
-After booking you must sign a contract and send a copy of your ID. YOU HAVE TO SEND IT WITHIN THE FIRST 24 HRS.
-Dogs are welcome with a $150 pet fee per pet
-Down payments are either $1000 or 10% of your total (whatever is greater-than)
Essentials:
-Bed linens and bath towels are provided for guests use.
-Basic essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, dish detergent, and garbage bags are also provided to get you started with your stay.
-Kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, and kitchen ware.
**Golf Carts available for rent for $90 a night with a refundable deposit of $500. You do not have to rent the golf cart for your entire stay, however the last day of your rental must fall on the last day of your reservation with us. **
Note: Pool heaters run from Nov 1-April 1 (if pool is not reaching 80 degrees earlier then Nov 1, then we will turn the heater on for your stay, otherwise if the temp is 80 or above we will keep it off. Pool heaters do not run 24 hours a day. Pool pumps run 8-12 hours a day and that is when the pool heaters work. Additionally, pool heaters may not reach temp if when temps drop into the 50s or lower.
Please be advised: Due to our property management account with VRBO, we collect the remaining balance if you are outside the 60-day window after your check-in date and after your down payment has been made. Payment can be made via PayPal with a 4% convenience fee, Zelle with no fee, Venmo with no fee if sent as friends and family, check with no fee, or credit card with a 4% convenience fee. (only for the balance and not the initial down payment)

The house is in a great location. The family loved it. It was an amazing week. The house met all our needs. I would definitely recommend it to everyone.

The Seaside Beach Cottage was perfect for our family. Everything we needed was right there. The High Chair and Playpen that were in the house were a great help with our grandchild! The wagon and pool/beach items stored in the laundry room were a big help as well.
From the 2 bedroom suites, the smaller bedroom with the Bunks, and pullout sofa bed we were all comfortable and really enjoyed the house. The pool/outdoor area provided for fun evenings of games and talking and enjoying the pool. The location of the house being almost exactly between the Beach Access point and the IRB Nature Preserve and Playground area was an added bonus. Very easy walk to both.
Being in walking distance to Pajanos and the Kooky Kokonut was great as well! The Clearwater Beach Vacation Homes Team was attentive to any needs we had and provided great communication from start to finish making our stay easy and helping us have a wonderful family vacation!

This beach house was absolutely perfect for us! The house itself was very clean and well maintained. The pool was kept clean and the walking distance to the beach was maybe three minutes! The only odd thing was the laundry room is in a room that requires you to go outside. However, that room was very clean and well maintained! We will definitely return and recommend to our friends!

Amazing location. Owner very responsive but overall for cost was very disappointing in rental.
Furniture specifically the couch looked like it was from Goodwill. The bunk beds were very unstable, and overall lack of dresser space. Finally- while pool was nice had to access thru bedroom which was not ideal. Kitchen had minimal supplies- no large serving dishes. Ended up washing ALOT by hand (with no drying rack) bc needed to reuse items. Would not recommend.
