The house was very nice. The atmosphere was wonderful. My children and grandchildren love the fishing. The house was very clean. There were plenty of amenities. There was plenty of space more than adequate. You would have a lovely time. My children are and grandchildren are from Florida and so am I so if you’re from up north, you will love it.

Every part of this experience was perfect. Shortly after I booked the house, Elaine was in communication with me. A week prior to our check in, she reached out again. And we stayed in touch the day of check in. Elaine was responsive as I had questions throughout the stay. She truly seemed to want to make our stay comfortable - and it was. James met us at check in and had the house open. We felt SO welcome as he gave us a house and property tour. Everything was up clean and set up for an enjoyable weekend. This house was beyond what we had imagined. There was no shortage of places to relax - both inside and on the porch or deck overlooking the water out back. How wonderful to have my family tell me, "you did good in finding this place". The little touches were just icing on the cake. Towels in a basket by the back door for the pool or beach, beach chairs and floats in the garage, a wagon to haul your items to the beach (just a few blocks away), bikes to ride the beautiful neighborhood and my personal favorite: fishing poles, tackle and bait (in the freezer) to fish off the deck. I forgot to mention the wonderful park/nature preserve just around the corner from the house. It had a wonderful playground and a boardwalk through the marshes.One last item that was greatly appreciated after enjoying our weekend, there was not a huge "to do" list to complete prior to check out. This will be our first choice if we return to the area. 5 stars is not enough!

We had the best time! It was very clean and lots of space for our families. We spent SO much time outside eating, playing in the pool, and fishing on the dock. Bonus:We saw dolphins come through several times. It was an easy walk to shops, restaurants, and the beach. Elaine is a great communicator and check in/check out easy. Thanks for a great stay, we will be back.

This is the first place I ever rented where you have to meet the host in person when you get there. While the location was very nice, the listing was not quite accurate and up to date. Not sure why the listing says their is a waterpark at the property, there is not. Also, the spa is being removed I guess so that should come out of the listing. The patio fans had no fan blades so could not be used. The listing mentions childrens games and books, there were none. The jetted tub did not turn on. We did enjoy the park that was in walking distance and the pool was fun. They did have beach chairs and sand toys but we did not see a beach umbrella anywhere. The house could use some gutters because when it rains, the porch is unusable, the lounge chairs got soaked and never dryed up and the grit from the shingle roof was all over the patio so we had to walk all through it to go outside. Overall we enjoyed our vacation.
